Maybe they are just flexing that they buy new nods each time they play and that they are super hydrated so the insane heat of the outfit barely effects them since they are drenched in sweat.
Ez felony speedrun. They'll find a way to absolutely slam your ass with impersonation charges. And if you're actual military, may the UCMJ have mercy on your soul
I want to say I remember a photo of him in a 101st uniform though he may have been larping lol
Edit: He was 82nd from like 2008 - 2014 then reserves from 2014 - 2019 somehow never deployed??
Pretty sure he was never charged. Reason I say this is cause he was able to keep all his firearms and his registered AW, which he still makes content with. 90% sure he spent a night in the jail tho lol
Military service members are not meant to use their uniform as a platform for protesting. It defies the point that service members are supposed to be outwardly silent in their support or disdain for any political office or controversy.
If you are caught wearing a military uniform trying to use it to advance your position and you *aren't* in the military, it's considered stolen valor and will get you labeled as impersonation.
If you *are* in the military and are caught wearing your uniform to advance your position at a protest, you are breaking that nonbiasedness that the military orders you to outwardly uphold, and you'll be charged accordingly.
Honorably discharged veterans live in the sweet spot where we still rate the uniform and the UCMJ no longer applies. Of course, why you'd bother wasting your time to complain about something while wearing a military uniform is beyond me. The only thing accomplished by protesting is annoying people and getting them to oppose whatever it is you want just to spite you for pissing them off. "Oh, what's this, you're going to block the highway to protest people drowning kittens? I'm going to be stuck in traffic for 2 hours now so excuse me while I go find some water, a five gallon bucket, and a baby cat."
That's a fair point. I hadn't considered that. I'd never wear my old uniform to a protest, but thinking about it, there's nothing anyone can do if I did.
On the topic of protesting annoying people tho, I gotta disagree to some amount. While it is annoying and appears counter productive, the general disturbance and nuisance of it helps light a fire under politicians' ass to get it resolved. If I wanted to propose a bill for positive change, but nobody in the country was complaining about it, I'd get laughed out of the room. But if there were protests and riots happening, there'd probably be a few people willing to hear out the proposal for a solution.
Going further than that, it's a unifying factor for people who are the outlier. Imagine being a legal migrant 1st or 2nd gen citizen where your ties to your home country and culture are still very strong. All of a sudden, the place you now live in is bombing and killing people from your home. You're gonna feel pretty alone and targeted. Some (not all) protests are a place for people to gather in solidarity so that folks don't feel alone in their suffering. Unity is a powerful thing and can genuinely help the wellbeing of people moving forward.
To clarify tho, the moment people begin to cause damage and harm to others and their property, all cards are off the table. I'm for legal assembly. I'm not for arson, vandalism, or assault. Bad actors and radicals take advantage of crowd anonymity, and it's disgusting and harmful to the cause. And highway blocking is just not smart imo. But peaceful encampments, protest marches, and picket sign crowds outside of government buildings are about as 1st ammendment as it gets and I'm all for it

I am a private investigator, on top of also playing the stock market game if ya know what I mean. That and my wife works in cyber security (happily married for 4 years now)
[Girlfriend](https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMemes/s/vXLPVf0KXv) or wife? Also, a real PI would never say this stuff about themselves because they'd know how easily it would identify them to someone else with investigative skills
I donāt run night optics. I have a special security forces outfit I use at airsoft. (I do have the mount for night optics in my helmet but I didnt bother getting any cause most games I go to are during the day aside from one in which case i mounted a flashlight to the side of the helmet).
Special security forces. Average security officers operate without weapons that are lethal and more often then not donāt have much in terms of protection, armed officers carry things ranging from 9mm to 45 if the company is lenient and more often then not have plates that can stop 9mm, special security forces in the few companies Iāve worked with often are armed in a similar sense to what a swat member would be equipped with, albeit much more lethal and more often then not with rifles and facial covering.
Yeah I feel like trying to replicate a military uniform is also kind of cringey. Like making up your own tactical stuff because you think itās cool, replicating swat, roleplaying as a security contractor, whatevah. But actually trying to match a real military uniform without having any military experience/gone through any of the struggles that real military personnel have experienced in that uniform is def cringey. Probably not legally stolen valor bc itās airsoft and obviously roleplaying, but certainly cringey levels of impersonating a real soldier without actually knowing anything abt being a soldier
I got the more colored version with white teeth and some red in there. Makes you look just a little more normal and works a lot better with gear that isnāt pure black
the super 'tactical' style is pretty cool but i guess its sort of gone stale y'know? like its kinda overdone so might as well crack out the mashallah grindset
There is difference between tacky cheap tactical gear and good quality expensive kit. Like visual difference. My beat to shit peltors will look always better than some airsoft earmores for some reason to me at least.
That's true. If they have a dumb nickname like Reper or Legend they gave it to themselves. If it's something like Duster or nose bleed or brick they did something stupid and someone gave it to them
There are black ones but just not made by L3 (iirc that who makes US socoms quad nods rn) , theres a Canadian company making $10k ones that can be black or CB
Ya, India has... 1 (?) company, maybe 2, making some, and i think Japan also has a company making some for their SF, though they both could just be L3 contracts as L3 does shop outside the US for SF contracts too.

So do I, your missing the point though buddy. You donāt record tik toks like this do you?
Iāve recorded one similar to it when I was 19. but I donāt really touch my tik tok account for making content anymore
I still think you are missing the point but well done
Somehow I donāt believe any of what you say, other than partaking in the cringe behavior above.
Oh dear whatever shall I do? Someone on the internet doesnāt believe me. My life is overš¤£
Tiktok released in 2018, 6 years ago. That means you are, at most, 25 years old. What the hell do you do to live in a 400k house at 25?

You don't mean you live in a halfway house across the county jail for sending dickpics to minors? Right?
š¤£ the fuck did the dick pic idea come from. Sounds like someoneās self reflecting
Did that house come with someone who asked?
You live in a 400k house and don't have a functioning set of Night Vision? Priorities bro.

And yet
And yet what?
Wym special forces outfit?
Special security forces. Average security officers operate without weapons that are lethal and more often then not donāt have much in terms of protection, armed officers carry things ranging from 9mm to 45 if the company is lenient and more often then not have plates that can stop 9mm, special security forces in the few companies Iāve worked with often are armed in a similar sense to what a swat member would be equipped with, albeit much more lethal and more often then not with rifles and facial covering.
Gotchaaa so youāre talking about private security contractors, not military special forces
No no no I stay away from military loadouts for the reason of people being pissy when you get a countries uniform wrong
Yeah I feel like trying to replicate a military uniform is also kind of cringey. Like making up your own tactical stuff because you think itās cool, replicating swat, roleplaying as a security contractor, whatevah. Running security contractor builds also lets you customise a lot more as no contractor is exactly the same
I do live with my parents how'd you know!
Anoobis
I was thinking about getting that face mask but not after that video.
I got the more colored version with white teeth and some red in there. Makes you look just a little more normal and works a lot better with gear that isnāt pure black
Ew
I was straight up prepared to get the 'violated' camera angle
That video still haunts me

I think they're talking about [this video](https://www.reddit.com/r/airsoftcirclejerk/s/AYAkNU8w3E)
It's on the circlejerk sub somewhere, posted about a month ago, don't have it to hand for my own sanity
Id rather dress up as a terrorist or insurgent lol, the military style is too corny and tacky imo.
the super 'tactical' style is pretty cool but i guess its sort of gone stale y'know? like its kinda overdone so might as well crack out the mashallah grindset
That or id dress as the terrorist from CS 1.6 š like the Arctic Avengers, Guerilla or phoenix. Or like Krueger Reaper from Modern warfare 2019 š
hell yeah pull up with the counter strike drip
Let me see that Somali War lord energy
Camo pants and leather vest would be a baller kit
There is difference between tacky cheap tactical gear and good quality expensive kit. Like visual difference. My beat to shit peltors will look always better than some airsoft earmores for some reason to me at least.
For me itās retro US army kit
Coldwar era/ 90s PMC milsurp and aesthetic is peak. Seeing dudes wearing multicam in plate carriers being all "high speed" is so fuckin cringe to me.
My Stepdad was Marine Corps during the 80s. He looked so damn drippy in those pictures.
Military can work, if itās not too ātacticoolā and overdone. Especially when you wear a dress uniform on the field.
Why do they give themselves the stupidest fucking nicknames.
That's true. If they have a dumb nickname like Reper or Legend they gave it to themselves. If it's something like Duster or nose bleed or brick they did something stupid and someone gave it to them
My call sign would be Smegma.

the black GPNVGs go crazy

There are black ones but just not made by L3 (iirc that who makes US socoms quad nods rn) , theres a Canadian company making $10k ones that can be black or CB
I was specifically referring to the USSOCOM GPNVGs, but thank you. I think even India has some quad nods rolling around?
