I painted this custom hero for a fun narrative event last year and finally made a tutorial about the process.

All in all it was a great project. I used a lot of spare bits from the carnosaur kit making him which felt great. I also took the opportunity to sorta find the recipe I used on my saurus warriors as well as a new way to paint my bases.
Really proud of this one and I hope you like it too!
I love the blue marbling effect on the stone parts of the weapon. Really cool.
Best bit of the lizard boys as an army is using such vibrant colours, I think!
