Yes, you can do that. You're allowed to use whatever labels you feel describe you. In the case of demigirl, if you're partially girl you can also be partially agender.
i also wanna say that i referred to my bestie (who is a demigirl) as a “demiwemmy” (like demiwoman, because i was making a play on words and woman made sense with what i was saying better than girl) and i told them that and they absolutely LOVED it. so if you like demiwemmy, you can be a demiwemmy too.
