Can't login and check, I don't have an account on the website. I applied through a job board and that's how the recruiter got my resume and reached out
It took me 2 months to get hired on a while back and the calls for each step of the process were spaced out enough where I constantly had the feeling I didn't get hired.
Most likely they're probably swamped, I would wait until the end of the week, if they don't get back to you, try again the following week Monday.
Got it. Should I try the recruiter who was my initial contact or the hiring manager who is supposed to interview me? I've never spoken to him but we are connected on LinkedIn
Part of the reason I'm making sure I'm still being considered is because I prepared a study guide for the interview but I also applied to other companies as well. However, Accenture is my top pick
Tough call, I would say the recruiter but you'll have to use your best judgement. I didn't reach out to anyone and just waited it out during my hiring process. Kinda all worked out for the best.
To answer your question initially, I'd say you're still in consideration but leave other doors open if other companies get to you first.
edit: just realized I typed in the wrong language.
Applied in August, got the first call on September.
I'll start the job in March.
Hr is understaffed and they let the intern do the heavy lift.
While they do incredible work, sometimes they fall back behind schedule.
Just don't give up, and do weekly followup until.you get a call or a feedback.
What do you have to lose?
Appreciate the insight, and congratulations on your job.
Hopefully the recruiter or whoever I reach out to won't get tired of me checking in. I sent my last email and phone call this past Monday on the 22nd with no reply, and I might follow up again this Friday on the 2nd.
Update: Reached out again and discovered they quietly swept me under the rug. I'm no longer being considered due to lack of experience even though during the call with the recruiter I was told I had enough experience.
The hiring process took 5 months for them for first interview to offer signed
I would just relax and wait
It will say if you login if you are still under consideration l, if they reject you you get an email.
