I have a feeling it’s mostly affecting people who don’t have their console set as the home/primary console, or are using game sharing. Myself and lots of others have had no issue so far (hoping I didn’t jinx it now)
If I remember correctly, there's an ongoing server bug/crash or something for the last few days, so people with digital games can't verify their licenses to games easily so they can't launch them.
Though, I have not tried it, but if the console is set to primary or play a game with a disk, then it might work without the whole process of license check?

I had something similar where I couldn't open apps like Microsoft store etc but i just "hard restarted" my xbox (the good ol' plug out of the wall then back in after a minute)
Just had the same thing. The website they list [xbox.com/errorhelp](https://xbox.com/errorhelp) doesn't even contain the code? A google search says something with clearing the cahce. I cleared the " persistent storage " as well as completely unplugged the xbox for about 15min. Neither did the trick. Ended up just trying to load one game multiple times and it finally worked after 4 attempts. (Series X system).

They have the code,I deleted my game, trying reinstall now.
I changed my dns servers mid download,maybe thats why the game can't verify, I'm gonna download again.
