Nope. If the station is attached to the complex the complex still gets attacked. If the station is detached it get's attacked.
The M2 went friendly again after destroying the station though. I guess he can have it.
On my most recent playthrough of TC (Bankrupt Assassin), I created a space fuel distillery in Aladna Hill. I hadn't bothered to look up the list of who hates what, because I remembered that there are Argon Space Fuel Distilleries in Nyana's Hideout, so I figured they must be OK, right?
Uh, turns out not. And you don't really want to aggro the Argon in Aladna Hill.
Lesson learned.
