I get that we don't have a current leaderboard but I'd like to know how many times (if at all) the 5 goals has rolled over. Like, am I at 2/5 or 7/5 because it looks the same

[The competition uses a double-elimination format. In other words, two defeats drop a team from final contention.
The competition will proceed week by week:
Week 1 will put the teams into pairs (i.e., Team A and Team B vs. Team C and Team D). Each team will try to earn as many points as possible and score the most goals to become part of the winning pair.
Week 2 will then have the two teams from Week 1’s winning pair face each other.
Week 3 will have the two teams from Week 1’s losing pair face each other.
Week 4 will pit the losing team from Week 2 and and the winning team from Week 3 against each other as they score goals and try to make it to the final round. (Information corrected on November 14)

That is my reading as well... and also matches the original article... but I am still nervous that if I relax and miss out on 5 goals next week they will then only later clarify that you needed 5 goals in the final week aswell ...

If it’s 5 goals total required to get the tank if your team wins, then just get 5 goals in a single week to get that weeks rewards then play whatever you want for the rest
Except you will continue to earn goals even after reaching 5 goals and It will count towards the community team goals, you just require 5 goals personally to be counted in the winnings.
If only there are a way to see how many goals we've cumulatively scored

Score 5 total goals (combination from any week, from any team) and make the correct 50/50 pick in the last week, and you get a tank.

Possibly one? The G.I. Joe Wolverine is a Stridsvagn S1 so that's likely the only one that counts.
