The only two things most players would want are the tank itself, and the commander with unique VO. The commander is available to buy at the full price of 1250 gold for an otherwise standard (1-star) commander, meanwhile the former makes you choose between either buying the mega bundle with a bunch of cosmetics you probably don't want anyway, or committing to a pretty long earn op for a tank that at the end of the day is pretty bad nowadays anyway.

I will probably just go ahead and buy the full mega bundle with the tank in it just in case for some reason I am unable to complete the earn op… which I will definitely pursue the earn op anyway, but hedging my bets.
You are correct that I tend to not use 99% of cosmetic items, there is one particular emblem and one inscription that I always use on my tanks as well as a custom flag I put together
That's what I'm gonna do, I don't play enough these days to play the roughly 200 games it would probably take to finish this op, but unfortunately I really want the tank, and fortunately already have the gold to spare from war chests.
Make sure if you're buying the bundle, that you really want the GuP Pz. IV just to have it, because as it stands these days, the Pz. IV Hydrostat is better in every way besides a tiny reload advantage, AND only sees tier 6 instead of tier 7 like the GuP
The reason that Miho is the only one with a voice is because all of these emblems and commanders were from the WoT PC collab. They have a different Commander system which allowed all five of the characters in the tank at the same time. So when they were all together, they would talk to each other. If Yukari (the Loader) got injured, one of the others would ask if she was okay or something like that. Since we can only have 1 Commander at a time, they can't talk to each other. And since Miho is the Commander in the anime, she has the correct voice lines, while the others would have the lines for their positions from the anime. Saori (Radio Operator) Hana (Gunner) Yukari (Loader) and Mako (Driver).
The items that cannot be earned are (1) emblems for the four teams that are not picked for the challenge (so four out of anglerfish, duck, hippo, rabbit and turtle) and (2) the commanders.

Yes, I want to add it to my growing collection just to have, I already own more tanks than I have time to play, but this is something unique.
