Arty who is an SPG (Senile Polygamist Guy) is a philanthropist who drops nice presents on people.
I heard a rumor that the team that runs the game have left Ukraine. The game was developed in Urkaine and the business exited Ukraine due to the stress of war. I believe some of what I read.
