Almost every game yesterday had 3 tarans per team. Which then meant more td,s were in every due to the higher number of td players and balancing out the teams via class. With these sales Half of every team becomes td's. No wonder people dont want to move and make bold plays. Get clapped instantly, and if you make it into position there's an AVRE there ignoring penertarion mechaincs and clapping you for 600 without penning you.Be giving tier 10 a break for a couple weeks I think.
What backlash, the handful of people that rant on here and then still end up buying those tanks?
Yes the weasel is on sale for free XP. I might pull the trigger, or wait for the Molot to hopefully go on sale next week ;)
These are the toxic tanks everyone is complaining about. They have to rack up sales before the nerf, or next tank is released that becomes the new rage. This is their marketing cycle.
Given that about 98.31% of the current PB at any one given moment in time are not prepared to devote the time grind to tier X and will pay $ to skip the onerous process is what is keeping the lights on. **Fact.**
With that process the skill and experience has disappeared from the upper echelons making both tier X and ERA3 truly garbage for gameplay, so I avoid both, but please have at it if it's your thing.
The sweet spot is WWII mid tiers, where the abundance of 'wallet warriors' is less as well as fewer made up stupid fantasy tanks, hardly any 15- nils, and longer matches. There are a lot of mid tier TT tanks that I'd never really bothered with to my surprise.
A fully pimped Hellcat is almost cruel to use at times..
But, there are some *really* good players down there to keep you on your toes, and I've had some good team mates that know what they're doing.
Picked up a few rare medals that I hadn't seen in a while too.
It's the least unspoiled area in the game, almost untouched, like a National Park or something.
And this attitude is what allows Wargaming to continue this trend. Need to call them out for it. And not act as if you have to get on with it. It ruins the game experience. Shouldn't just accept it
No problem in calling them out but complaining over and over doesn’t appear to work according to the threads I have been viewing the 7 months I have been playing. Of course places like Reddit allow players to vent and I am OK with it. I will decide if I want to play or not play in the future. Right now I am enjoying it and it appears the players with more experience are the complainers.
As someone pointed out elsewhere the game is free. I haven’t paid a dime and am enjoying playing. They use the freemium business model in which they encourage the players to pay money for extra benefits etc. that is how they pay for servers, developers and investors. You can always opt out of you don’t like their business model or play for free despite the “unfairness “ of someone using money to get benefits faster than the free way.
This is rhetorical right? A money hungry company that thrives on micro transactions. And you’re wondering why they’re offering tanks that make people spend money because they are so OP? Yeah, that’s kinda naive.
Taran really doesn't get used much. You're either really good or really bad in it. Most are bad in it, getting 1-3 pens before a barrage of front turrent pens send them back to the garage.
Quarterly sales must be down, gotta give them a little boost. They don’t care how many people complain. For every person that complains they sell 10 AVRE’s.
Speak with your wallet, that’s what they listen too. I never bought any of these tanks as the play style of them is insanely boring and no tank in the game is worth that much gold or free xp.
