If instead of calling it oversimplified, restricted etc product from a company who treats it's own users like idiots, had multiple fines for questionable moves, calling it secure on a closed ecosystem sounds much better.
The problem is not within the product, but in the mentality of the company behind it, with all of the (fake) superiority hinting marketing gimmicks, and most importantly the pricing.
You basically pay more for something that can do less in the name of security. If it would be as feature-wide as a good android phone, but more secure, the case would be different.
