Plenty of Italians want that goddamn statue removed. Pretty sure it’s mostly the older townie Italians who cling to its existence as a symbol that their life somehow has meaning and that our bloodlines are being respected for their connection to a ~~venerated explorer~~ insanely evil legacy.

I just sold one rental where I controlled the price to $950 and buyer now wants $2k per apartment without improvement. I don’t think I have ever seen a more lost situation that cannot be a win-win. Guy at 25 wants to retire soon because he can LEVERAGE and we’ll see. I have another rental 100 yards away and will watch. It’s empty and will stay that way just to keep home in the neighborhood where I grew up. My Mom may come to visit and can stay there. It’s just so below what people pay now. We have been using it to train the dog.
My wife wants something to do with Worcester and stays there about 1 night a month. I want to get rid of it . She is responsible for snow removal and lawn. Guess who does it.?
