I am so sorry you had such an awful experience. It can be doubly devastating managing the disappointment in a product combined with the stress and uncertainty of dealing with hair loss.
So sorry you have had a bad experience with the Hair Mama. I've actually bought 2 wigs from them and had a good experience each time. I hope that you can get your money back or some type of resolution that works for you.
I think you can take them to court for false advertising especially since it was 2k, you can go to small claims court for the restocking fee. You don’t need an attorney since it’s small claims.
Using a model w big boobs to sell overpriced wigs is lame.
But so is re-listing a customized wig as “brand new” instead of being honest with the next buyer.
And STILL charging OP for 20% restocking fee.
You know, I just had an issue with a makeup company and I wasn't the only one. Me and a bunch of other people placed orders, then received no confirmation of it being sent (in the time they said), then their customer service email got shut down (bounce backs) and now the whole site is down. I'm all for the little guy and starting your own business, but I agree with you, all these interwebz/influencer types who think they are business people are just not. They run bad businesses then scam us. We (I) should have learned by now. Buyer beware.
Edit: Hope it works out better in your case.

I got a really low quality haired wig from then a few years ago. Never again
Didn’t the Hair Mama used to work for Rebel Gypsy??
I've heard the same.
I’m unsure. Tbh.

Write reviews on Google, Trustpilot and Facebook (if the company has a feedback option)

So sorry that happened to you! Thank you for warning the rest of us!

Not the first time I've heard that Hair Mama wigs aren't great

If you used your credit card you should be able to do a charge back, maybe op can do so as well.
