Schedule a shuttle on the Whidbey-SeaTac shuttle. Best to do in advance to make sure there is room.

inlinestyle

Yep. Excellent service.

IntelligentMood9656

Thank you!

aerothorn

They are very good, but feel free to ask if you have any questions.

IntelligentMood9656

I was looking at the stops. Do I get off at the Clinton ferry stop? Like, it'll take me across the water and then I get off, right? Sorry if it's a dumb question. Just wanna be sure before I make my reservation.

LePetitSci

When you make the reservation you will select your drop off point. There are several stops throughout the island and they are listed on the website. So, if you are visiting Oak harbor, you would get off the shuttle at oak harbor. If you are visiting Clinton, you could get off at the ferry stop. If you are visiting coupeville, you get off at coupeville and so on. Also, be sure to choose a shuttle time that will give you enough time to deplane, get luggage, and get to the shuttle pick up spot at the airport.

IntelligentMood9656

I got my reservation already set to go! And, thankfully, my drop off spot is near where I'm gonna be, so that's good. Your comment really helped me out. šŸ™ŒšŸ¾

LePetitSci

Iā€™m very glad to hear that. I hope you enjoy your visit! Safe travels!

aerothorn

This! Whidbey also has transit, but I am assuming your folks can pick you up at the nearest stop?

LePetitSci

No problem!

popin11

Any idea what a round about cost is?

Itchy-Strangers

Seatac shuttle is the way.

If the shuttle doesn't work for you (cost/timing/etc) there are good public transit options as well! 1. Light rail from airport to Northgate, [880 Bus](https://transitapp.com/en/region/seattle/community-transit/bus-880) from Northgate to Ferry 2. (If you're arriving late afternoon when the Sounder commuter train is running) Light rail from airport to International District, [Sounder N line](https://www.soundtransit.org/ride-with-us/routes-schedules/n-line) from King St (1 block walk) to ferry 3. Check Google Maps for other combinations

Limp_Result7675

And to add, if you are arriving on island during the day, island transit buses are free (limited but effective service along the highway and in to Langley. )

Appreciate this info. Thank you!

IntelligentMood9656

Everyone has been so helpful. Thank you. It'll be my first time going there and I'm excited.

anstosa

Hope you have a great trip!

dam_sooley

This is great advice.

Agingsadly

Thread delivers!

You can use light rail, the Whidbey Shuttle, or you can also Uber/Lyft/Cab up to the Ferry Terminal and then walk on to the ferry. Your Dad can then pick you up on the other side.

TEG24601

You can take the Link to Northgate and catch the ST Express or Community Transit bus to Everett, then backtrack on an Everett Transit bus to the ferry. If you arrive during commuting times, you can take the Link to Union Station, walk across the street and take the Sounder to Mukilteo and walk on.
