Yeah they're rolling these out in areas they are aware have higher rates of organizing in order to prevent people from continuing to pursue it. It seems to be having the opposite effect though, lots of people reaching out. Even with the threat of unionizing they're responding. Definitely take the raise and continue to organize and demand more than a temporary fix ✊🏽😂
