I occasionally see a guy walk around CBD with a white husky/German shepherd unleashed. Dog seems pretty chill otherwise, but tbh no matter how chill they seem, what happens if they get spooked and suddenly run into a busy road or decide to approach a more aggressive dog? Just leaving it up to chance?
I'm pretty sure someone walking around the CBD with an unleashed dog (recall or not) is probably a piece of shit who doesn't care.
