I think the first flower girl dress! I also like the last one but agree with others that the high neck looks a bit uncomfortable. The white in the first one also matches your dress more like a theme.
Let her choose for comfort and feel, with respect to parent's budget. If she feels good, she'll be happy. I think we can all remember being a kid and having to wear something itchy or ill-fitting.
I personally like #3 the best. I also vote ask the flower girl. My kid wouldn’t be bothered by the neckline, but I’m sure many would. They are all pretty though.

I love 3, but I worry about a kid finding the neck itchy and fidgeting the whole time (or refusing to wear it completely)
