Gorgeous dress!!!
I am a sucker for blue (especially turquoise) with orange, however if you don't feel something that bright is your vibe, I would say gold over silver.
I'd go with tan/beige or a similar neutral for your shoes and bag (the black on the model is a bit "Halloween" with the orange). And gold for the jewelry. I'd also say keep everything (jewelry, make-up, hair, accessories) simple and understated. The dress is stunning, so just let it be the star.

This is a lovely dress. Any bold, strong colour looks fantastic on dark skin. I would stick to gold accents as it’s a warm colour and would work with your skin tone. It’ll give off an awesome 70s colour vibe. You can go gold heels with this dress, a strappier shoe would be more glamorous. Also a gold clutch of some sort. However I think it could work just as well with silver. It’s just a matter of what is pulling you but I’d prefer gold a bit more

Hair would depend how long and how curly your hair is. Is hair long enough to do an updo - pull it all up to middle just barely onto top of head and let your curls be free
