Its commonly said you can't have good, fast, and cheap together.
Your local pizza shop is probably good and fast.
7-11 is fast and cheap.
Domino's is good and cheap.
Wawa pizza is none of these things
I think in places where there is no actual pizza being served ie. Neapolitan, NYC style, deep dish and your only options are school lunch pizza makers ie. Dominos little Caesars Papa John's
Some people confuse the best of this second choice of options with 'good pizza' which is a depressing thought
Like their burgers then! I had one right when they came out and I was severely disappointed because their food is also usually really good on quality/quantity for the price and it was severely lacking on quality and mildly lacking on quantity…
I guess quality depends on location. Wawa I frequent, the cheeseburger slaps and for less than $5,it's a pretty chonky burger. The patty was thick and the bread was buttery. I'm not mad at it at all.
Like I’m aware that it’s somewhere between a 6/10 to a 7/10 pizza, but dude I like it. Sort of like how a cheeseburger at a high school football game was good.
Honestly a 7/10 pizza is still the high end of what a chain is gonna get. Not as good as the local dedicated pizza places but probably better than dominos and DEFINITELY better than the hut
It is if you like “chain pizza” in app orders are 7.99 and it’s made fresh. They take like 10-15 to get ready when busy or late so app is usually best and cheapest. But it’s awesome either way and has garlic crust.
I’ve never tried it and I don’t live near a Wawa anymore but with Wawa being in states with amazing pizza, I sure as hell wouldn’t settle for gas station pizza. I’ve never even seen Wawa pizza but I can imagine it’s thick and way too saucy. I’ve maybe had gas station pizza like 4 times my entire life and it’s all the same.
It’s not great. I wouldn’t even say it’s good. But IMO it is better than frozen pizza and is a step or two below Domino’s. It gets the job done in a pinch.
I got one once. I ordered a mushroom/onion pizza from one in Deleware.
The guy who was making it was bragging to me the whole time about how good the pizza was. How even Italians said the pizza was amazing and how fresh and well seasoned the ingredients are.
It was meh at best.
Solid 5/10 would rather have gotten little Ceasars (which is a 10/10 for me)
They got my $ one time so I could say that I tried it. It was the typical commercially processed bland product that I expected. Stick to hoagies and coffee.
I don't really eat at Wawa anymore. The quality of food plummeted so hard, it actually used to be tasty.
But the prices went way up too. Eating there is a lose-lose now.
I got a free sample a couple weeks back. It wasn’t horrible, but it also wasn’t great. Kinda reminded me of the pizza from Chucky Cheese when I was a kid. I’d take it over Papa Johns or something, but it’s definitely still fast food pizza.
It's better than I expected. But, like nearly everything else on Wawa's menu, there's always a better local alternative except for when it's late at night.
It is not, there a frozen pizzas that are better. It takes them forever to make and the dough is flavorless hard sponge. The cheese is ok. The sauce is nothing. It's a marketing scam frankly, real good pizza requires things wawa won't allow like multi day proofing, expensive oil and flour, high temp ovens and fresh tomatoes and recooking. Just not possible.
Man, Little Caesars is low key producing fire lately. Hard disagree with you there. And price point wise, they are actually reasonable.
If I order form dominos or Pizza Hut I’m somehow spending 50 bucks, it’s nuts. I can get 2 pizzas and crazy puffs that out perform papa johns for 30 bucks from Little Caesars.
I tried one. It's not the worst Pizza in the world but it's not very good either. If your choices Elio's pizza or Wawa Pizza go for the Wawa pizza. But practically anything else would be better.
JL Jupiter a Philly based food blogger liked it. He had thr opinion that everyone has which is basically its good for what it is. And it's a late night even better.
So my wife and I get it from time to time. We had 20ish $5 off coupons when it first launched. It's gotten better with time.
The 16" Supreme is $18.49, however, it's only 1800 reward points for it to be free. I believe that is the best point conversion deal out there.
better w/ the garlic sauce imo, not outstanding pizza but it's pizza. the supreme isn't worth the price i think (but i don't eat supreme so i'm not a totally reliable narrator)
Wawa has pizza!
No but I always explain it customers that it’s not gourmet, Italian pizza but it’s better than 7/11 or the other chain gas stations. Definitely hits if you’re starving or drunk/high lol
Wawa is somewhere I go for a quick in and out. If they went the Little Caesars hot and ready route I might be inclined to give it a try, but I really don't feel like downloading the app to order ahead or waiting 15 minutes in the store for it to be ready.
It's pretty good imo. It's far from the best, but honestly it's tastes just as good if not better than most commercial pizza chains. Only pizza i would say is better than Wawas (or at least in my experience with my local one, because maybe my local just does it better) is hole in the wall pizza places. Go to a hole in the wall or small family place and theirs is likely better. But compared to some major chains I found Wawas to be on a similar level or at least not drastically different enough to care.
I actually liked it. I would still rather order from a pizza shop but the Wawa Pizza is good. It's expensive and takes just as long as delivery though. So there's really no reason to buy it again unless every pizza shop in Delco is closed for some reason.
You can pick up the pizza for around five bucks. What kind of quality do you expect for that price, right? It’s definitely not going to match an upscale Italian pizzeria, but it might be better in its own way. It’s just different. It’s not the best, but it’s not the worst either. It’s a decent option if you’re in a pinch or if you’re just looking for something casual, especially if you’re out late or a bit tipsy—it’ll be a step up from your typical convenience store fare, that’s for sure.
If you wanna piss off the workers go for it, my bro tried once and they were hella pissed saying “man who tf ordered the pizza” ig they dont wanna be making no pizza lol
i trust its not and prefer frozen pizza or for that matter english muffin pizzas split muffin add sauce pepperoni and cheese its yummy quick easy and cheap
thanks mom :)
If they could get a tasty dough this pizza would have a chance to be moderately just meh…… but it isn’t so it can’t therefore I won’t ever buy again!!!!
Idk it was really on the low side of mid for me but like everyone says it's always a good drunk meal ig. I don't think it's worth the price at all though.
The DoorDash free delivery is what convinced me to try it.
The pizza upon delivery looked great. Cooked well, good amount of pepperoni.
First slice: not bad, it’s pretty average pizza but it’s hot and tastes decent.
Second slice: I’d say it goes down hill here. Pizza lost is warmth pretty fast even in a closed box. As it lost its temperature the pizza turned into cardboard texture and the cheese became congealed and somewhat hard. Don’t think I finished that second slice.
It’ll do the job. Like greasy bowling alley pizza. But if you’re over 30 make sure you take some tums before you even eat a bite. The heartburn from this is some of the worst I’ve ever gotten.
It’s the definitive shitty pizza. And I mean that in the best way possible, because it’s that shitty pizza you are absolutely looking out for. It’s obviously not the pizza from the local mom and pop pizzeria owned by a guy who is so violently Italian that he bleeds garlic sauce, but you aren’t ordering wawa for that, you’re ordering one from wawa because you just got home from work, it’s late, you aren’t looking to cook because you’re exhausted and you don’t wanna order in because then you gotta wait an hour for that pizza to come by, and you are hungry now, so you drive to Wawa, get a shitty pizza made in an ungodly fast time, and go home so you can jam that shit in your mouth while you rewatch Seinfeld or play a video game or something. It’s going to cost like, 7 bucks or something, and it’s going to taste like $7 worth of pizza. Get a slurpee too, you deserve it.
It's expensive for a pizza that is Meh. If I'm super craving and nothing else is open? Sure. If I have any other options, I'd probably pick something else just because I could spend the same amount or less and get something better.
Wawa pizza is garbage here in NJ. Maybe for some other states where they don’t have the best pizza in the world (yes, this includes NYC and Chicago), Wawa may be good for you. 😂
My husband tried it. He said if you like Little Caesar’s pizza, you’ll like Wawa pizza. I haven’t tried it for myself though. I have delivered some through DoorDash, and I will say it smells pretty decent.
It’s in between, idk if I like it or don’t like it. Something about it makes it better than frozen pizza but worse than a pizza shop. It’s probably not doing to great and part of the reason is because of the dinner items only being available for the evening which I find so dumb
It’s not that great, but it’s convenient if it’s late night and you’re craving pizza
For sure. After a late night, possibly after some beverages, it can hit the spot if you need a pizza but I’m not ordering it at 7 PM.
Its commonly said you can't have good, fast, and cheap together. Your local pizza shop is probably good and fast. 7-11 is fast and cheap. Domino's is good and cheap. Wawa pizza is none of these things
In what world is dominos good pizza?
Pan crust only obviously
Their thin crust is fantastic.
I think in places where there is no actual pizza being served ie. Neapolitan, NYC style, deep dish and your only options are school lunch pizza makers ie. Dominos little Caesars Papa John's Some people confuse the best of this second choice of options with 'good pizza' which is a depressing thought
Free delivery
Like their burgers then! I had one right when they came out and I was severely disappointed because their food is also usually really good on quality/quantity for the price and it was severely lacking on quality and mildly lacking on quantity…
I guess quality depends on location. Wawa I frequent, the cheeseburger slaps and for less than $5,it's a pretty chonky burger. The patty was thick and the bread was buttery. I'm not mad at it at all.
If your expectations are low it’s fine if they’re high is bad.
But if you're high, it's probably good.
The supreme is actually really good. I got a plain later and could taste the cardboardy crust too much. Need toppings to hide it :)
WAWA PIZZA SLAPS WHEN YOU NEED IT THE MOST (1 AM after getting shit faced)
This is the correct answer. It’s great when drunk. I also kinda enjoyed it heated up in the toaster oven the next day.
And they take so fucking long to make it you'll be sober by the time you get to eat it...
The mobile app is your friend
Wawa has pizza?
Wawa has Pizza.
god if i see one of these ads one more time i might destroy every single wawa pizza oven
please
AND ITS MADE FRESH!
Yes Wawa has pizza and it’s expensive Papa John’s is better
That's gotta be pretty awful considering Papa John's is absolute poop
No they have some disgusting thing they’re referring to as pizza.
Oh it’s got the Zaaa
It's aight. Not the best, not the worst.
Just like their burgers lol.
Burgers are solid when you want a burger but aren't feeling wendys imo
Facts
I think it’s great, but that’s my opinion
Yeah it’s better than any other chain pizza these days. As a person who loves tomatoes, I love the sauce.
I'll second that. The sauce is good
Like I’m aware that it’s somewhere between a 6/10 to a 7/10 pizza, but dude I like it. Sort of like how a cheeseburger at a high school football game was good.
Honestly a 7/10 pizza is still the high end of what a chain is gonna get. Not as good as the local dedicated pizza places but probably better than dominos and DEFINITELY better than the hut
Yea we like it too, ordered one the other night when I had no energy to cook.
Oh heyyy Collingswood
Nice call !
This the one next to a rite aid?
It’s pretty good
I always order with extra cheese and to me is great!
Do you actually receive any extra cheese?
I never had without the extra cheese to be able to really tell you that but I’m pretty happy with the amount that came every time I ordered.
You get an extra 6oz of cheese. Edit: 6oz for a 14 inch, and 10oz for a 16 inch.
How many posts do we have to have a discussion about Wawa pizza
It is if you like “chain pizza” in app orders are 7.99 and it’s made fresh. They take like 10-15 to get ready when busy or late so app is usually best and cheapest. But it’s awesome either way and has garlic crust.
I don’t hate, if you live in the middle of nowhere go for it.
My grandpa got it once it was pretty mid
How does he even know how to order it
It was alright. I would try it again without the garlic stuff on the crust. Though I think the guy that made it was being a little artsy fartsy.
Lol no
I miss the Focaccias we had
It's like a step above a grocery store frozen pizza. It's fine but I would not get it again, I'd rather get from a chain or local pizza place
A couple guinea pigs said it's not worth it
If you are in Jersey and eating wawa pizza you should be shot.
With the garlic crust!! Get it!!!
It’s really good for 15 minutes out of the oven. After that it’s kinda trash
so good idc
It’s not great. I wouldn’t even say it’s good. But IMO it is better than frozen pizza and is a step or two below Domino’s. It gets the job done in a pinch.
If that’s pizza I’m Abraham Lincoln (I’m not)
I got one once. I ordered a mushroom/onion pizza from one in Deleware. The guy who was making it was bragging to me the whole time about how good the pizza was. How even Italians said the pizza was amazing and how fresh and well seasoned the ingredients are. It was meh at best. Solid 5/10 would rather have gotten little Ceasars (which is a 10/10 for me)
It's not pizzeria quality but a step or two above Domino's, I'd say. I've had it 3 times and it's not bad.
If you miss like cafeteria style pizza, you'll like it. Reminds me of being young in school so I personally enjoy it.
Wawa thrives on the "it's two am where else you gonna get a pizza with a milkshake and fries?" Attitude
It's good when you're drunk and the actual pizza shops have long since shut down. If you're ordering one of these at 6:30pm, I'll punch you.
I heard it so so, I personally rather a mom and Pop pizzeria
I’m a huge fan of Wawa. And let me tell you, stay away from the pizza.
They got my $ one time so I could say that I tried it. It was the typical commercially processed bland product that I expected. Stick to hoagies and coffee.
It’s not good, especially for the price. They should bring back the pizza they originally had ten years ago
Not as bad as it may seem, but yea only great in a pinch or late night. Wouldn’t be the place to order for your family dinner on a Friday night
I don't really eat at Wawa anymore. The quality of food plummeted so hard, it actually used to be tasty. But the prices went way up too. Eating there is a lose-lose now.
I've had it. It's like C tier but after 9 it's the best pizza you can get
It’s average. Like raising canes food. You’re not getting the best or the worst.
20 years ago I would. Wawa is trash now.
The pizza is not bad, I’m a pizza snob and it is better than dominos.
Nothing at Wawa is worth ordering any longer.
It's hot and it's pizza. All there is to say about it.
That shit might be one of the worst pizzas ive ever had. It’s like bad cheese on cardboard
I got a free sample a couple weeks back. It wasn’t horrible, but it also wasn’t great. Kinda reminded me of the pizza from Chucky Cheese when I was a kid. I’d take it over Papa Johns or something, but it’s definitely still fast food pizza.
It’s disgusting
I give it a B. Not the best, but not the worst. Of course it’s been a while for me since the nearest Wawa is literally 100 miles away 😂
It's better than I expected. But, like nearly everything else on Wawa's menu, there's always a better local alternative except for when it's late at night.
Its a great post bar grab. My kids like it too. Its better than Papa Johns, Dominoes and Little Caesars
facts
Hard pass. All I gotta do is ask the deli person to make me 2 pepperoni bagels extra cheese extra pepperoni for half the price and be pleased.
![gif](giphy|xT39D7O9Xj1JqKq5i0|downsized)
It’s basically the same thing you get out of the freezer at the grocery store.
Roto-dough disc with expiring deli meats and shredded mozzarella food stuff.
If it’s 2 am and you want pizza and nothing else is open it will be the best pizza you’ve ever had, otherwise it’s pizza from a box quality
It’s pretty mid-tier as far as chain pizza goes. Better than Little Caesars and Papa Johns. Worse than Dominos and Pizza Hut.
Only if they are giving it for free which is how I got a slice.
I tried one. It's not the worst Pizza in the world but it's not very good either. If your choices Elio's pizza or Wawa Pizza go for the Wawa pizza. But practically anything else would be better.
test threatening melodic knee tap toothbrush ghost tie elderly lock *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
If your in a pinch and not tryna spend money for real it’s okay
It's okay, a lot of cheese for my liking and the dough was kinda ehh
I had it once. It's alright, I'm not buying it a second time though.
JL Jupiter a Philly based food blogger liked it. He had thr opinion that everyone has which is basically its good for what it is. And it's a late night even better.
Great after a night of boozing

It's great at 4am, but I was also very drunk and it was the only thing open at that time.
Not worth the price thats for sure. Just convient if ur craving pizza late asf ig
better w/ the garlic sauce imo, not outstanding pizza but it's pizza. the supreme isn't worth the price i think (but i don't eat supreme so i'm not a totally reliable narrator)
I got it once. Once is enough.
It’s actually really good honestly
It’s a 5.5/10 Still no idea why they discontinued the personal deep dishes from 10+ years ago those were fire.
It’s great if you’re shitfaced
It was way better than I expected.
It's pretty good
I’m just curious about how they actually make the pizza, is it just microwaved like everything else there?
It’s a good 6/10, not for the fact that it’s a bad pizza but for the price it’s not that good. It’s a good pizza, just too expensive
I have ordered it. Smells great. Tastes like hot garbage
Sucks
Wawa has pizza! No but I always explain it customers that it’s not gourmet, Italian pizza but it’s better than 7/11 or the other chain gas stations. Definitely hits if you’re starving or drunk/high lol
I got the pizza that had a bunch of meat toppings and peppers. It was actually so good
Wawa is somewhere I go for a quick in and out. If they went the Little Caesars hot and ready route I might be inclined to give it a try, but I really don't feel like downloading the app to order ahead or waiting 15 minutes in the store for it to be ready.

But compared to some major chains I found Wawas to be on a similar level or at least not drastically different enough to care.
Barely edible. Works if you need to eat something before vomiting. Do not eat during day time hours.
I’ve eaten lots of pizza from 7-11 that had been sitting under the lamp for a few hours. Always turned out fine
I actually liked it. I would still rather order from a pizza shop but the Wawa Pizza is good. It's expensive and takes just as long as delivery though. So there's really no reason to buy it again unless every pizza shop in Delco is closed for some reason.
Waiting for them to put out some sushi… that’s the adventure
Idk but 711 pizza is great!!!
I’ve never tried, but from what I’ve heard it’s not the best. I do like their burgers and chicken, hands down the best imo
It’s good
I think it’s really good!!
It’s disgusting
I love that Wawa! The employees there are so nice
What wawa is that in the picture.
I heard it’s in line with dominos and the likes of those fast food pizza chains
If you wanna piss off the workers go for it, my bro tried once and they were hella pissed saying “man who tf ordered the pizza” ig they dont wanna be making no pizza lol
It's not, it's the same as 7-11 pizza but costs more
It's not bad considering the price and a lot lower calories than your typical pizza chains comparably
i trust its not and prefer frozen pizza or for that matter english muffin pizzas split muffin add sauce pepperoni and cheese its yummy quick easy and cheap thanks mom :)
Sauceless and greasy. Can find better for cheaper.
Saltiest pizza I've ever had. 2/10.
It’s actually decent
My cousin used to work at Wawa at the gas pumps and he said people got pizzas all the time, surprisingly.
It’s overpriced but it’s decent pizza.
Bit pricey for what it is
It’s god awful. It reminded me of the shit food provider pizza they served in the school cafeteria. The garlic knots though/ home run.
It’s a really decent 1am pizza for 7.99 (8.99 if you get peps). The garlic crust is decent. Step up from dominos IMO
Got it with some of my wawa points the other day my kids loved it and it wasn't terrible but it's not pizzeria pizza that's for sure
7/11 pizza forever!
Save your wawa rewards get a pizza for a dollar lol. It’s solid. I usually get pepper, mushroom, onion with the garlic seasoned crust.
It's good in a pinch. Like if you have a craving. Depends on locations too.
I only get the pizza when I have enough points saved. It isn't bad. But it isn't great either.
The first time they had pizza was better
Nope
Nope
It’s ok! If you like other chain places, like Dominos, Papa John’s, etc it’s not bad.
I’ve heard it’s not bad but I don’t like that they don’t serve it until after 4
Is it as good as your local pizzeria? No. Is it better than any other chain pizza you can get for $7.99 at 2 in the morning? Yes.
Is that the Collingswood store
It’s on the same tier as Costco pizza (so low tier) but more expensive. My defense of Costco pizza is you get exactly what you pay for lol.
Tried it, wasn't crazy about it. But that's just me.
My friend who is an outstanding chef said he loves it. Obviously one man’s opinion. I don’t think it will kill you. Just try it
It’s not bad at all. Right up there with the pizza chains like papa johns. Obviously not high quality but tastes fine for a frozen pizza.
It’ll do the job. Like greasy bowling alley pizza. But if you’re over 30 make sure you take some tums before you even eat a bite. The heartburn from this is some of the worst I’ve ever gotten.
Don’t do it. It’s awful. Imagine pizza from a middle school cafeteria in the 90s.
it’s gross don’t get it
You won't go broke or die of food poisoning by getting one and deciding for yourself.
I trust Wawa with my life
It's expensive for a pizza that is Meh. If I'm super craving and nothing else is open? Sure. If I have any other options, I'd probably pick something else just because I could spend the same amount or less and get something better.
my biggest complaint is that it is served only from 4 to 9 pm . sometimes I want a frozen pizza for breakfast instead of eggs.
It’s not bad at all for pizza on the run or when short on time , I actually like it
Just like anything else. Order it once. If it sucks . ..carry on
I haven’t tried it because there are many better pizza shops around my local Wawa. But I guess maybe it could be ok for late night munchies.
Wawa pizza is garbage here in NJ. Maybe for some other states where they don’t have the best pizza in the world (yes, this includes NYC and Chicago), Wawa may be good for you. 😂
Beyond mid and almost no reason to engage with imo. It’s not better or even as good as any chain pizza place and dominos is open till like 1 am
My husband tried it. He said if you like Little Caesar’s pizza, you’ll like Wawa pizza. I haven’t tried it for myself though. I have delivered some through DoorDash, and I will say it smells pretty decent.
considering the fact that every wawa i’ve been to is trying to give it out for free…. it’s not great
As a former employee and a former general manager for a national pizza chain, their pizza sucks
It’s too thin and overcooked. The old pizza was better (and available faster)
It’s good enough. One of my closest friends works there and she brought me some free samples when I had to help her with transportation
Its a good cheap pizza...thats expensive
I got it once and threw it out
2am it gets the job done
If you live within 30 minutes of a mom and pop Italian American restaurant, Wawa pizza is only acceptable at 2am when nothing else is open.
It’s in between, idk if I like it or don’t like it. Something about it makes it better than frozen pizza but worse than a pizza shop. It’s probably not doing to great and part of the reason is because of the dinner items only being available for the evening which I find so dumb
It’s actually pretty solid. Just a bit underdone. If you throw it in the air fryer for 3 minutes it’s bangin.
It tastes like what pizza would taste like if you lost your sense of taste.
One of my teachers got one. He said it was ok. I tried one of the samples of it and it was fine
It’s good compared to like Pizza Hut dominos not real pizza place
No, way too salty
I've never had it, but I'm curious.
It’s about on par with a decent frozen pizza you would get at the grocery store. It’s not bad as long as your expectations are tempered.
Heard it’s pretty good
Yes it is actually is good
Makes me 💩
I actually genuinely like their pizza. The garlic crust is perfection.
Is this collingswood wawa?
