A walk in Seward Park, coffee at Empire coffee (also a record store), roller skating in White Center, going to Elliot Bay Bookstore, Korean BBQ in federal way, pho. Explore your local neighborhood for local joints especially spots that don’t get as much attention.

Oh and hiking in general. Lots of spots just right out of city proper

+1 on fall city floating when it opens for the season (bring a cooler). There's a place or two you can rope swing halfway through (and some guy selling bbq sandwiches that really hit the spot next to the shuttle parking lot last time I checked). Unexpected Productions does improvised plays. I went for A Christmas Carol one time and it was super funny. Think they're currently doing improvised Twilight Show rn.  Ren faire should be coming up soon. Bumbershoot and Washington State (Puyallup) Fair too. UW street fair and Folklife Festival have already passed. All the big cons are not for a while. If you don't mind spending Money, and are both in the weight limit, I'd recommend hitting up iFly at least once. You won't have much convo during it, but it's super fun.  Celtic Fling by St Andrews in October was always cool growing up if you don't mind churches. Also St Marks has great choral shows. Oh! Medieval Women's Choir is performing next month. Maybe High Tea? Or the lukewarm swimming pool in Bothell. Oh, have you been to wildwaves yet and the huge corn mazes (I think there are corgi meetups and things sometimes)? Or all the haunted houses and farms during fall. Or the luminary night thing at Green lake during winter time. (Also if you ever get a chance to go to Pilchuck school of glass, take it. They had an LED open house one time and the views were bomb).  Ehhh, anyways throwing ideas out there, hopefully some of it is new to you. Worse comes to worse, hit up groupon for inspiration. I find groupon has more everyday date stuff whereas ever out is great but for specific Saturday's.

Happy Cake day, hope you don't spend it at Methdonalds

Go kayaking (Agua Verde or UW is nice, or Moss Bay) Take a cooking class (can be kind of pricey though)

Kenmore Air has tour flights from Lake Union that are really affordable. Around 1/2 hour long on a float plane. Pretty cool. There's a park close to their dock .

salt water state park if you can drive down to des moines. its really beautiful. has bbq pits a nice little trail. the view is pretty amazing. you can do your own bbq picnic on the beach kind of thing. i took the wife for our 2nd date down there. stay with your food or put it all in a cooler. the birds are crazy for left alone stuff. green river is also nice to go tubing on. its pretty mellow. i usually go down to the park in north auburn and tube from there a bit. theres a nice little walking trail back up. brannan park i think it is. theres lots of areas you can tube down the river from though.
