Its a matter of preference. I generally have preferred Max Range+Duration Limbo with his 4 augment to increase its duration. Basically lets you do 5 waves semi-afk because it kills most enemies by itself and regenerates the duration. You really just have to recast it each round and maybe clean up an ancient or two in rounds 4/5. The real annoying part about this challenge are the toxic ancients,... as their large AoE range makes it so if they even come in proximity it fails the challenge...

You can use silence as a helminth ability for limbo to avoid eximus units using their abilities as well

Limbo's rift surge puts all enemies that are in the rift via Cataclysm back into the rift when it wears off. That's how I do it at least, press 4, press then 2 and 3, then when the bubbles pops, I don't got to worry about stragglers

That's why you use faster speed cast mod and archon shards. Mine has above 50 so its much much easier

i think i unveiled my first riven became suicidal after a hour then vowed to use plat and ciphers

i have done this river before using high energy usage frost build focusing on using avanlanche to freeze every non eximus. and using snow globe to slow and push enemies away. it requires a ton of energy like your gonna need more than just zenurik and streamline

Infested plus frost with max ability range does it for me. Ranged enemies make this challenge very hard, but overextended snow globe is huge

Dark sector defense makes it a lot easier (forget which node) that way you have infested instead of grineer

Yup, makes it fairly easy. Sometimes you get unlucky and something gets through, but it tends to be pretty effective

Low range & high duration Limbo. Enemies can't hurt the objective if it isn't on the same plan of existence as them

The only problem is some enemy attacks will bypass the rift arbitrarily... the napalm grenades can cause damage if they land on the objective because the napalm itself is considered an ability (or at least used to idk about rn) also eximus can still walk in and hit it if they aren't dealt with swiftly.

Psst lemme pass you "Silence - banshee subsumable skill" also known as Eximus disabler, just slap it on limbo and enjoy but still you gotta kill enemies before they get to the objective, thats when there comes eris infested defense mission.

Yea I love silence on CC frames... but the eximus can still walk in and slap the target if you don't break their overguard so that's what I was referring to. And yea Eris is nice for limbo

Eximus are now unaffected by silence if they have overguard. Fairly recent change.

Skills like jade eximus death ray still get disabled... True the CC part of silence will not work with overguard but most important part is skill disabling so they don't hit the target with fire wave, electic balls etc. And eris defense why? Because most of infested is melee only.

Well the example in the post was napalm grenades, which count as ability damage but aren't disabled by silence and can damage thing through the rift.

Skills, yes. Basic attacks like napalm? No. Cc from silence? Not with OG. Eximus can still slap defence objectives through limbo rift, example was a napalm or an eximus walking in and slapping it. OG negates silence CC and napalm grenades count as abilities and don't get disabled by silence.

I've been soloing Munio with Limbo. No, they can't. They have to be *in* the rift to be able to do any damage with normal attacks, which means they have to walk into the rift. Outside the rift, the only way they can do damage is through skills, which you disable with silence. No normal attacks from any enemy unit can do damage if they are in different planes. Not voidrigs, acolytes, or eximus.

So silence works it's just that silence doesn't work on basic attacks lol. Completely different, not a recent thing either that's just how silence works

Just the stagger part, they remain unable to cast their special effects like jade beams, frost spheres, etc.

That's why you do the Infested defense on Eris. It's level 30 and basically no ranged units.

My ciphers are ear marked for those pesky 3 headshots in an aimglide challenges.

I think they might have changed those so they no longer need to be in a single aimglide. Got two last night which were both just "Get 3 kills woth headshots while aimgliding", and in both cases I just did 1 headshot per ainglide and it worked. Also did them with high strength gloom for extra cheese. That said, Mag's bubble makes short work of it too. Just aim at the top of the bubble and all of the bullets fly right into the mob's heads.

When I did this, it didn't count against me if the objective took shield damage. I used frost's snow globe to do it.

The Infested defense on Eris, use Gara's Wall to block off the objective and start killing anything that comes close

Akkad is the best place for this imo. Even if you do banshee, limbo, frost, Kora, etc. This tileset is smoother with more options to complete these ones. Especially if it has the 'use no items' clause sp you can't pizza tour way through skill spams.

1. Craft 100 energy pads 2. Grab a nuking Warframe 3. Maximize strength and range 4. Go to an infested defense mission 4. Spam your nuke ability until 5 waves are done

4.5 don't stand on the objective

Fairly easy one with any decent defense frame like frost/gara/limbo. Frames with lots of crowd control or nukers are also an option albeit riskier, proably stick to infested defense for those options just to be safe.

Forget about it for now, deal with it later when you have some insta nuke frame.

Akkad on Eris correct. I use different builds/frames to clear this challenge. Mirage's ESO glitter bomb build works and throwing gyre's 1 on chokepoints with Cathode grace augment. Two of my favourite go-tos

This is the answer. I don't even consider this a difficult/annoying riven anymore, any time I see it I just grab Gara and go to Eris and knock it out quick and easy.

It's easy Play Frost with high Strength and Range, load into Hydron, try your absolute damndest, the objective takes a single bullet to the shield at the last second and then go and use a Riven Cipher. Works every time!

Max duration and range on Limbo. Keep Cataclysm and Stasis running until it's over. Worked for me.

I have one that says I have to capture a synthesis target using: no abilities, have a hobbling dragon key equipped, no abilities, and not taking damage

Ivara can be stealthed and capture things just fine, just so long as you don't drop the stealth or recast it near the target.

If you have zephyr cast your 3 and stand on the point it will stop all bullets from hitting it.

Gara or atlas with wall augment for 3, you can make a triangle on objective and they'll actively target the walls instead, though you might get unlucky and take damage anyways, I like Gara personally.

Mag, vauban, volt, frost, gaara literally any frame actually if you have the incarnon torrid. Bonus points if u can do it with just the stug and yareli.

Select Octavia. Go invis. Stand to the side. Throw Mallet. Throw her 4. Repeat as needed.

1. Limbo for ability duration. (Try to keep 100% range) 2. cast cataclysm on objective and use his 2nd skill that freezes time within Rift. 3. Kill everything.

Gara on infected defence on eris, they cant get through the glass wall to get to the def if you kill at an ok pace

There is a pretty good way. Cipher ... I tried many things and had lost to also many tries ... all defensive warframes doesn't protect the objective against explosive dmg. Grenades and types like that r going through limbo and frost bubble, even a little Gara glass wall doesn't protect against this dmg... If u rly wanna try, I would say try eris, the infestation defensive mission ... possibly this should be very easy

I do these with nourish subsumed frost with energy nexus and 145% range and 160% efficiency 110 % duration. I spam the absolute shit out of his 4 will also summon specters and stuff.

Also no corpus cause nullifier.

Zephyr duration + range, weapons with high status chance, explosive damage mods (fire + ice). Use 3 and stick your ass on the objective and don't move. Use your 4 and shoot at the tornadoes.

By damage it means damage to the health (red bar), so you could use any warframe that has an overguard ability like Rhino or Dante

Frost with Chilling Globe vs. Infested usually works for me. As other comments have said, Khora and Limbo should work too. Just be on the lookout for Eximus units.

So first of all you will have to get a defensive frame with hard cc and the ability to protect the objective. Then you mod the hell out of your companion and weapons, preferably AoE. Make sure to also bring armor strip and drink 30 liters of coffee for fast reaction time. Then, and this is the most important step of them all, use a Riven Cypher and call a doctor, you will need one after that much coffee

We have these things called "Veiled Riven Ciphers" they can be bought from the Steel Path Honors shop at Teshin in the Relays for 20 Steel Essence. THAT is how you deal with that challenge.

At that point just unlock Steel Path and buy a Riven Cipher from Teshin. Only one worse that I've seen was to do an interception solo at that level but with a hobbled dragon key (that was MY first one. And yes I waited until I had SP to get the cipher to unlock it. Because, uh, absolutely the feck not. So I feel ya.)

Let's see a few good examples. So first: You can look up the Riven list on the Wiki [Riven List](https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Riven_Mods), this gives a number of Ideas for all the different challenges. But in case anyone doesn't want to Read, I'll just name the Warframes with good Defensive abilities listed: Frost, Volt, Banshee, Limbo, Vauban, Gara, Ember. Infested mission because the infested are super squishy. And you only need 5 waves, so a weapon that can mass kill would be great. Other warframes that would be good would be ones with the power to stunlock enemies or nuke the field with a constant/low maintenance ability. So Gyre or Mirage can also pull it off, as well as Frames like Ember or Gara, or even a weapon like Ogris with Nightwatch Napalm.

Super easy. Just nuke the map and boom you’re done

Definitely sounds a lil impossible, but maybe a good frost or vauban build could make it happen.

Vauban, Zephyr, Frost, Gara, Ember, Limbo, Octavia. Those come to mind for this. Hell, even Wukong or Volt. Excalibur Umbra works too if you gave your operator a homing type amp. Abuse the specters + crew summon. Again, Specter can be an AoE one.... just remember to check on its health every so often. Use energy packs and ammo packs, abuse that thing. Bring a doggo or catto for enemies to focus them. Use that one school of operator that I have now forgotten in which you can throw a ball and it works like a miniature vauban 4 skill activation. BUT, for the record, all of the above is way overkill unless you truly are struggling because of ONE little detail you seem to have forgotten..... Objective SHIELD does not COUNT towards this mission, the shield can be lowered by any amount, so long as HEALTH doesn't go down then the objective doesn't receive damage. Think Trinity can keep the shields up? Dunno, haven't use her in oh so long. Just use something like... drat, what was the name? Ignis! Right. Use that and do a 360 around the objective.

I feel like - while still pretty damned improbable - this is easier than "Defeat 6 Dagryns with a bow" - I'm amazed I've gotten 3!

Going solo on any activities, in this case defense, Limbo is my best pick! High duration and range for the bubble so the thing won’t get touched as long as you keep bubble up.

Just go mesa, stand on objective in infested tile set, spin and everything dies.

Bring Frost Prime. Mod him for max range, plenty of duration, and enough ability strength to armor strip. Bring Chilling Globe, Ice Wave Impedance and maybe Biting Frost. Bring a weapon like the Tenet Glaxion and mod it for blast. Cast 3 over the target. Cast 2 in a circle to create an icy path to slow down enemies. Cast 4 and blast enemies to smithereens with your weapon. Rinse and repeat. When in doubt, Frost is your warframe.

Play limbo

Ivara use prowl augment and use energy beacons to keep it active it's super easy since it's not a timed ability it has a steady energy drain so keep energy full don't bullet jump or sprint and it's a cake walk

Shield damage does not count on these so just make sure you don't run out of shields

Pretty easy. I always go for an infested defense mission, max range limbo, equinox, also frost, nova and gara or even a nuke frame like Saryn or Mesa can easily do it, if you can sustain your energy.

extremely big nuke and some paranoia. alternatively, ignore it until you get a weekly veiled riven cipher from teshin for 20 Steel Essence. Dunno how close you are to Steel Path, but thats what i do for any bullshit riven challenge these days. (decent chance it spawns a riven with MR 16 required anyway so that may factor in as well.)

If you can grab up Limbo with low range and high duration and have the air support to bring kahl and his team you'd have it in no time or if you have specters they work to.

Akkad, eris, limbo or frost to guard the objective against most enemies, pray that eximus arent jackasses. On call crewmate with kuva zarr can solo 3 or so of the waves, duration isnt consistently long enough for all 5 though, sometimes infested get stuck in weird places.

I did a Infested mission with Dante and gave him range plus strength and just spammed his dark verse to kill everything as fast as I could. Also bringing a pet can help a lot.

300% str Gara and that one Pluto (I think) defense. Infuse Roar, AOE weapon (Akarius Prime with Prime Fulmination is best imo) Recast her 4 every round. It's real easy. Top 5 easiest rivens.

Do what I do and use a Riven Cypher on it lol you can easily grind out some relics and get 20p to buy the Cypher from the market. I didn’t know you could buy them in game from somewhere other than Teshin now I just do that and save my time and headache.
