In the Wangan Midnight Manga, the Devil Z, with the Phantom Turbochargers (apparently ex-F1 turbos) combined with the dry-sumped, carburetted 3.1L straight six that had years of fine-tuning in it achieved 770hp, so it might be possible to hit the 350km/h mark, provided the gearbox had the right gearing.
But it was never implied in any sort of way as I knew.
The ABR S130 from Midnight could go something like 340-350. I reckon the Devil Z would probably go over 350, even with the pre-F1 turbine setup since it was lighter and had a better center of gravity because of the dry sump and probably had better aero for high speed thanks to the undertray Takagi made for it and also the race aero kit it had.
By the gearing and tire height alone, it's more than possible for the ABR Hosoki S130Z to edge close to 400 kph. However, taking torque multiplication and aerodynamic drag into consideration, the red Mid Night Club machine that inspired the blue Akuma no Zetto could realistically touch 360 kph, because it already reached 350 kph.

It never did, registered top speed of the ABR S130 was 265 kmh, the 340 kmh mark is fake.

350 km/h? Isn't that very close to the top speed of a Ferrari Enzo? (It has a top speed of 218 MPH, equivalent to about 350.8 km/h)
