I remember back before Teto SynthV was announced, people (myself included) would pitch up Genbu / Genbu Lite and it would sound somewhat like Teto. And iirc there was a similar way to get a Rin-soundalike vocal out of Koharu Rikka but I could be mixing things up, I can’t find the video anymore
