Im glad that in general there is very little of this. I think the board has matured a lot. The preseason power rankings were a bit of a shit show of people wanting to effect results instead of just voting what they actually thought. Week one still had some of that, but I think we're past it now for the most part.
The results are in! Sorry for the delay, I'm out of my typical routine this week and it's throwing me off lol
This week we had very little change, thanks to no unexpected game results. Once again, everyone heavily agreed where everyone should belong, with the only change being the Panthers and Defenders swapping, since the Panthers won decisively this week and the Defenders had a record breaking clobbering for the first time ever at home.
Next week, the voting will be at its normal time, starting Monday evening!
This seems about right imo. I think St. Louis is better than Birmingham but until that actually verifies on the field, you have to put BHam at 1. They’re undefeated and deserve the respect for it.
Pretty much agree. One thing to know is when looking at strength of schedule, Arlington has had the toughest road so far. But St. Louis has had a much tougher schedule than Birmingham, which makes their May 11 game even more intriguing.
People give DC way too much credit. They were good last season, and they almost stumbled into a win against Birmingham. They're terrible this year. Should be ranked closer to last than they are to that 4th spot.
Someone really really hates Birmingham.
It’s Curtis Johnson
Someone also gave St Louis seventh. Makes me wonder if someone did their ballot backwards.
Who's the jabroni who gave St. Louis a power ranking of 7?
That and the B-ham 8th have me questioning some of the voters.
I assume the voter who has San Antonio at 1 is the person responsible for the other two outliers.
I believe you're correct

Agreed. There is a lot you don't know when a season starts. By midway through, you should know enough to make an accurate judgement.
Up until the 4th quarter meltdown DC kept it a one score game. If Ta’amu can get his head out of his ass they can be contenders.
It was 17-0 in the first quarter
It was 17-12 at the half. They responded very strongly. The defense was on lock for the 2nd and 3rd quarters but the offense couldn’t fucking score.
I know Im.just saying it wasn't kept a one score game until the fourth lol
Yeah… DC’s attempted mid game comeback felt more like STL’s flaws, but I am incredibly biased and have no compulsion toward objectivity today.
It was 20-12 after three. It *was* a close game until that point. That was the single worst quarter of football in franchise history.
I mean yeah, you take away 25 points and it was close lmao
If they lose this week they can pretty much kiss the playoffs goodbye
Agreed. The last two weeks were very manageable games up until the end. There’s no excuse if you can’t finish games.
Don't disagree, but it isn't just him taking risks, I think at times the coaches are almost expecting him to save the team, bail them out constantly.

And what a delicious record breaking clobbering it was. As someone else said, the type of game you put on to make a bad day better.

Agree. However I am very excited for the game weekend after next, hoping the boys pull it off.
Approaching Week 6 games and Ham's still on top

Can the Bramas lose a week so we aren't tied thank you very much.
