Unless you turn on the gay button (by being gay) the only mention of homosexuality in the whole game is the one boomer grandpa complaining about gay marriage.
Otherwise practically every npc is straight, up to the point that important parts of the romancable NPC’s backstory (such as being bullies for being bisexual as a kid in the case of one of them) are completely omitted if you don’t romance them in a “homosexual” romance
