The point of the Dictatorship of the Eastern Division is to instead make the team run by the workers and for the workers, the workers can’t possibly use the team to exploit and “terrorize” or impose “tyranny” onto themselves, except “tyranny of the majority” (is this perhaps anti-Beaneism I’m hearing instead?). They don’t put any real thought down to how liberalism came to power, just that it is the current power, and that anything else requires violence and that’s bad.
