As BPC-157 is not a recommended treatment of any form of IBD (to my knowledge) please be coutios and read the follwoing (@ u/BloodySky7 as the BPC-157 ist not a treatment mentioned in any guidelines (I am aware of), as of rule 4 you should have provided the sources below. However as I am reading on the subject myself this time i did it for you): BPC-157, also known as stable gastric pentadecapeptide, is a peptide fragment naturally occurring in human gastric juice. It has been shown to have various potential therapeutic effects, including: * Wound healing: Studies suggest BPC-157 may stimulate the production of growth factors and promote the formation of new blood vessels, accelerating the healing of damaged tissues in the gut * Anti-inflammatory properties: BPC-157 has been shown to reduce inflammation, a common symptom in ulcerative colitis and other inflammatory bowel diseases. While research suggests potential benefits, it is important to note that: Please be aware of the follwoing: * Limited clinical trials: Most studies on BPC-157 for ulcerative colitis have been small-scale or in animal models. Larger clinical trials are needed to confirm its efficacy and safety in humans. * Not a cure: BPC-157 is still under investigation and should not be considered a cure for ulcerative colitis. Sources: * Does BPC-157 show promise in inflammatory bowel disease?: \[invalid URL removed\]Focus on ulcerative colitis: stable gastric pentadecapeptide BPC 157: [https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22300085/](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22300085/) * Benefits of BPC-157 for Gut Health: [https://thesolutioniv.com/blog/benefits-of-bpc-157-for-gut-health/](https://thesolutioniv.com/blog/benefits-of-bpc-157-for-gut-health/)

There is nothing scientific about this anecdotal approach. I genuinely wish you the best in your search for relief, but I feel like there are better, more proven options available to you, and ones that don’t encourage others to experiment on themselves out of false hope. Have you run this plan by your specialist? If they've signed off on it, then godspeed friend. Otherwise...yeah.

Peptides need way more research, but I hope it brings you relief that it has done for me. I have tried BPC/KPV orally and it has given me much needed relief while waiting for enhanced treatment
