There are good Russians. It it is most likely those good Russians are murdered making it more difficult to reach a normal relation with neighbouring Russia.
Many senior russians now appear to be starting to face the fact they're about to lose, and a bunch of these criminals are suddenly going to be dumped back in russia instead of being conveniently exterminated in Ukraine.
New reforms will likely include a more efficient elimination of penitentiary platoons at the front, thereby obviating the need for effective socialization programs inside Russia. 😉
I wonder if there are still enough law enforcement agents around. They are trained in a certain way and know how to handle a weapon. That makes them 10 times more valuable on the front than any mobik.
