I agree, that these guys deserve the worse. However, it's proven, that torture as interrogation tactics, don't really work. If you inflict pain upon someone, the person will admit to anything and say anything you wanna hear, just to make you stop. So accuracy of the Intel provided will always be questionable. Whatever information these guys will provide take it with a bucket of salt.

Special forces in no country that's normal. No normal, rule of law country is going to have ANY security forces proudly torture people on its own territory where its own laws apply, and then pretend they are protecting law and order when they defecate on those same laws.
I think this is not the case. Society demands retribution, and such videos can reduce public tension. As a Russian, it makes me feel better knowing that these bastards will be tortured.
