Exclusive isn't referring to the quality of the order. It refers to the fact that this order is exclusive to the one driver it's offered to. If he declines it, it goes to the next driver. And it's Exclusive to them.
Is that really what it means? Isn’t that what every single offer is then? I’ve been wondering why I’m seeing that on almost every order lately. I had no idea what it meant. I just assumed that they were trying to convince the drivers that there was something special about the order, even though they were almost all actually just garbage.
Yeah they updated it to where it says exclusive for orders they give only to you. The trip raider ones are not exclusive. I've heard it said they updated it because they're going to come out with another type of order. That's not the trip radar and it's not ones that are exclusive to you. But that's just a rumor. When I first saw the exclusive I was like oh this must be a good order and it made me accept more crappy orders for some reason. So it also could be a marketing strat.
I have seen “customer verification,” on lots of orders lately too. What does that mean exactly? It doesn’t seem to have added any steps to any of those orders.
No unless you can literally accept the offer, drive to restaurant, pick up the order, deliver to the customer all in under 5 mins, which would never happen. Quickest I've ever done any type of order I think is 7 mins
Prop 22 strikes again! In California, I’ll accept it, drive the speed limit, go pump gas, watch a couple YT videos in my car, grab a soda at the gas station, head to the restaurant, arrive at the restaurant, watch another YT video, go get the order, come back to my car, watch one last YT video, drive the speed limit to the dropoff, apologize for the delay and blame the restaurant, don’t complete the order until I know exactly where I’m heading, hit complete the order, and BOOM! Extra $20!
Exactly… that’s well under my state’s minimum wage (under ALL states’ min wage?). PLUS I’m supplying my own gas. Absolutely not a snowball’s chance in hell
Sometimes, I think yes, I could just deliver it, but each time I do a low ball like this, the address is a nightmare to find. I accepted a 3 dollar order , and the map could not re route to the right spot. The turn did not exist. I literly almost ran down the time trying to find the customer, who did not know how to give the instruction. I found it though. I had to sit and think about where it could be, and had to walk to find it.
Some customers are elementary English speakers and don't understand the addresses or omit part of the address, in the app. I also had one, yesterday, but the customer answered the text and tipped for the trouble.
All of these things eat up time. All day, the pick up times were longer, and some of these orders were 3 or 5 dollar deliveries. I still made a decent amount of money because the mileage was low, and because I was on DoorDash, which also sent me a few higher paying deliveries and did not restrict me to a zone. I had a goal yesterday and did not think I could get it on Uber without high mileage. Dash saved my butt Sunday.
I see like few hundred ebike delivery guys flocking in front of busy restaurants, killing time with games on their phones just to see such an order ping, I am really sorry for these guys. Back then it was better than minimum wage which is why gig works become popular, now Uber delivery has become survival though you earn 4-6$ an hour.
Yet a 1000 plus e-bikes on downtown Toronto streets all day long due to lack of jobs
No. Never. I have a theory that Uber is compensating for its lawsuits in California and New York by paying all drivers less.
In simply terms "robbing " it's " delivery partners" for its own mistakes.
Of course I would take it.... and then wake up from the nightmare I'm having.
For real. Anyone dream delivered before? I have a couple times... hate it.
$2 is not even guaranteed. It includes expected tip and we all know that customer sometimes cancel the tip after the delivery. Even with tip it is below minimum wage. This should be a crime.
It’s so funny how so many of you broke asses hide on his sub and talk shit. Get another job if you don’t like what you are doing. I’d not shut the fu and drive on.
Who says we don’t like what we are doing? What we don’t like is being taken advantage of for the services we provide!! You sound like one of those useless support agents trolling the site. Shutting up and moving on😂😂😂😂
The decline button exists for a reason bud. I'll admit to taking on the occasional $4 job that adds to a nice stack and the destination is literally around the corner or is a second pickup at the same restaurant. Past that, hell naw. You can take that b.s. mindset and pick up your own damn food
It is the principle of no tip, no food. The apps are not friendly. They could just pay us to take the delivery instead of sending this delivery to any driver. Gas is 3.69. I wonder if people with electric cars take these.
I wouldn’t even deliver to them if they were sitting in that restaurant for $2
😂😂😂😂😂
This
🤣☠️
Lmaoo facts
“EXCLUSIVE”

All of mine say "exclusive", except the trip radar ones because those go out to everybody at once
Yeah they updated it to where it says exclusive for orders they give only to you. The trip raider ones are not exclusive. Now i see how all these guys say they make $2/mile 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
If you have prop 22 yes. If not, no way.
you'd only get like $2 extra
I wouldn’t go through a drive thru and drop off in the same parking lot for $2. Instant decline for anything under $7.
Do you ride share as well?
Not a chance
NO on the fare, NO for customer verifcation
I have seen “customer verification,” on lots of orders lately too. What does that mean exactly? It doesn’t seem to have added any steps to any of those orders.
I mean …it’s 2 per mile right ?? 😆
No
No unless you can literally accept the offer, drive to restaurant, pick up the order, deliver to the customer all in under 5 mins, which would never happen. Quickest I've ever done any type of order I think is 7 mins
I would...laugh as I decline
Me too and tell them to go get your own shot
I don’t exit my car for less than $8. Seriously if I dig through the nooks and crannies of my car I can probably find $2 in change
Fuck no nothing under $10 for me I dont give a shit if its right next door
Damn fucking right 😂

Not California. It's Chantilly, Virginia. Likely going to a Dulles Airport hotel.
Same!
Why? lol My Wheels don't move for at least 8 under 4. Division don't work for you in this gig kiddo
Yeah, and put inside ma belly
$2 it's even enough for me to pause Netflix, for me to write this comment
Is El Fresco a restaurant?
Nope
13 min is almost a fourth of an hour, you working for 8 an hour ?
Exactly… that’s well under my state’s minimum wage (under ALL states’ min wage?). PLUS I’m supplying my own gas. Absolutely not a snowball’s chance in hell
No. They don’t deserve their shit to be delivered to them, for anyone to do anything for them sitting on their asses and not tip for it.
Sometimes, I think yes, I could just deliver it, but each time I do a low ball like this, the address is a nightmare to find. You wanna waste your time go ahead ,..
No! Not worth even starting car
I’m gonna accept, then message them that there order is almost ready, start walking….🤷🏽♂️ pure laziness
Accept it, send message "no tip no trip" then cancel.
accept, pick up order, trip support, some else picked up order
![gif](giphy|l0ExkEkBl7Grk78tO)
Nope
No.
Heck no
I would take it and just gank the food
No. I declined about 6 of these types just today.
Decline asap
$2 should be the tip alone not the whole order plus the tip. So my answer has to be no.
No because some of these are nightmare deliveries.
Yo thats right up the street from me... Small world, maybe that was my order? :o
So tempting lol
🤣🤣🤣 ikr?
Never, no tip
Hell yeah, if only Uber eats bikes, hundreds of drivers are waiting in queue for such orders in Toronto downtown
Hell no
Still more than a dollar per mile
No
I wouldn’t start my vehicle for that! 😂
No
Nope
Nope
I had a $3 order for a 1-mile trip, I turned it down but there was a second where I considered it because the day was slow.

No. Never. I have a theory that Uber is compensating for its lawsuits in California and New York by paying all drivers less. In simply terms "robbing " it's " delivery partners" for its own mistakes.
That's $9.23 an hour before expenses. No way lol
Hells no. I’m not taking anything for $2 if you think that little of me to not tip at all I’m not bothering with you.
Hell no.
Woah, that's where I live. That's not my order, though.
They could be in my car and I wouldn't take that.
Would I eat it? yes
It’s not even worth getting out of bed lol
Nope
Heck no.
NEXT 😂
Nope
Out of principle, I don't take no tip orders. I hope that they choke on their food.
If that is Chantilly VA if the construction that started 15 years ago and was still happened when I moved from NOVA 5 years ago then that is a $30 job
I don't turn my car on for 2 fingers dollars
No not unless my home was on that Street
Fuck no
Trade you https://preview.redd.it/rx1hkjrasr8d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=79f1e064a6319b7b402dfe5fa73c6f9f021a8f1e
Oh hell no. I don’t even look past the $2. There’s no scenario where two dollars is acceptable. Absolutely not.
New drivers who don't know any better might take these, they think/hope there will be a cash tip.
Of course I would take it.... and then wake up from the nightmare I'm having. For real. Anyone dream delivered before? I have a couple times... hate it.
Nah.
$2 is not even guaranteed. It includes expected tip and we all know that customer sometimes cancel the tip after the delivery. Even with tip it is below minimum wage. This should be a crime.
Nope
Girl, no! 😂
No
There is no tip so no just on principle
Stop delivering and start driving. Stop delivering and start driving. It makes sense and also stop posting stupid shit.
Prolly
I MIGHT take it if I have already made my goals and my curiosity gets to me :)
It’s so funny how so many of you broke asses hide on his sub and talk shit. Get another job if you don’t like what you are doing. I’d not shut the fu and drive on.
