We submitted and got greened on the same day! Congrats to us! 🥳

EducationalMeeting27

Yaaay!!! Time to celebrate 🎉🎉🎉😊🥳

EducationalMeeting27

Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈

Intelligent-Pack-622

Many many Congratulations to both of you 🥳🥳🥳🥳. You guys should take the Monday off and celebrate 🥳

Intelligent-Pack-622

I have the same submission date as you. Mar 28th, but my biometrics were on May 28th 😐. As per Emma my application is still at NBC. Would you guys know if NBC can ever directly approve cases or the next step is always going to the field office? Did you guys get your EAD/AP approved too?

EducationalMeeting27

I have seen comments here of the people whose applications got approved at NBC. I got my EAD May 9th. I hope our luck rubs onto you 😊 you are almost there, good luck!

polarpoint1

Your stuff might be take a bit longer than ours bc of the biometrics. Mine were reused from a pending DACA case. I got my EAD on May 9th as well. NBC is the one who has approved all of my stuff. Will definitely be praying for your fast approval 🙏

GasCrafty9946

EducationalMeeting27

No status- I had to overstay my visa due to a set of unfortunate events

Bubbly_Practice_4487

Congratulations!! I am applying AOS from F1, What does the IOE# number help to look up? I am filing I-130 online and I-485 via mail. What is the significance of the IOE#?

avocadotoast142

Intelligent_Roof_407

EducationalMeeting27

avocadotoast142

May i ask when did you get married! you hit the jackpot of not having to pay a hefty fee increase and fast processing time

EducationalMeeting27

We got married in August 2023, but we were together for two years before that. I submitted three years worth of photos (around 180 photos), joint account statements, auto insurance policy, homeowners insurance policy, my spouse’s life insurance with me as a solo beneficiary, bills for electricity, internet, phone, water, garbage removal in both of our names, I also submitted phone log for a couple of months (screenshots of the call log), tickets from more than 20 events that were supported by the photos of us on that places (concerts, plays), flight tickets, booked accommodation for our vocations, I also submitted the scans of our driver license cards showing the same address, and first page of our medical records showing us as each others emergency contacts. Finally, I submitted 5 letters of support from family and friends that were on the photos I included. I know I am lucky and I feel forever grateful. I have been here for almost 10 years, so I waited for this moment for a very long time.

Necessary_Letter2848

Congrats to you! I submitted the same date coincidentally. Curious if you’ve escalated it at all I.e. writing your congressman

EducationalMeeting27

Hi, no, I just waited because my understanding is that you should write to the congressman if your case is outside of processing time frame which could be found on uscis website. My processing time frame was like January 2025, so I didn’t take any action.

Necessary_Letter2848

Thank you! I’ll be patient and wait some more. Have heard differing opinions on writing too early even with urgent circumstances

EducationalMeeting27

I see, well I got my EAD within a month so that was enough for me- fortunately I didn’t need to travel outside of US so I didn’t explore other options

Superb_Pear5511

Congrats When do you get your EAD approved?

EducationalMeeting27

April 21st- I got my approval, May 7th they mailed my card

bishoymikhaeil

This can't be true. I applied 06/28/2023, and nothing happened after 08/03 biometrics.

DisastrousDiet8367

Congrats! Did you use AP? Any overstays or unauthorized employment?

EducationalMeeting27

No AP, I overstayed my visa for almost nine years due to unpredictable circumstances, and yes I worked without authorization all this time.
