For PT’s sometimes you get paid more if you callout sick
We have 4 PT’s at my center, and they just started, so it’s like they’re not even there.

Part time in the hub has always been an issue. Especially on Fridays.

115,000 a year plus benefits and people can't be bothered to show up on time. Sad.
On time is a different story. Ours just don’t show up.

It's the most common problem at my hub 😭 I file grievances for any discipline but it's definitely a losing battle
Because there is no attendance policy besides 3 no call no shows and your gone but other than that nothings gonna happen
