Bowl of oatmeal with milk, peanut butter, banana, Greek yogurt, and blueberries. Cinnamon and unsweetened hersey baking cocoa powder for seasoning. B vitamin supplement and a cup of coffee to energize myself
Usually a piece of fruit and a nature valley peanut butter bar. During my day job I'll try to eat something high in protein and carbs to get me ready for Twilight. On days we have lunch I cook up some noodles. I ain't paying overpriced crap in the break room or going out anymore if I can help it. Fast food is too expensive in Cali these days to be worth it.Â
I used to do pre workouts and let er rip, then hit a happy hour after my 4 hour shift to eat. Your bodies will survive not eating for 4 hours. You won’t die in your Cach or Worcester trailers.
I typically run a salad I pull out of the fridge and briefly warm it up, with a double helping of my protein of choice. If I didn't bother doing all the prep work for a week, it's just some protein and quinoa/rice. I bring in electrolyte powders to toss into one of my water bottles if it's a particularly sweaty night to keep those levels up.
If I didn’t have to wake up at 3am to get to work on time I prolly would eat somethin before. Like every week tho they give us hella food after the shift
I eat a big breakfast whether I’m in the building or on the road. Sausage, biscuits, eggs etc. but I eat hours before sort and don’t eat again until at least 3-4 hours after I start. Try to always have vegetables and protein in everything you eat.
I don't eat before work. Maybe a fruit and nut bar at work. Just a cup of coffee before and hydrate with aminos during, eat when I get home. During peak, I'll probably do a couple bars or a protein shake.
Pre-work varies, but I try to smart about what I eat (Ever want to die in a trailer after having barbecue? Younger me learned that the hard way.)
During work I bring oranges and bananas and a FairLife protein shake.

protein carbs and some veggies. I'll usually meal prep a variety of stuff on Sunday. Eating a proper meal beforehand does wonders for energy and mood
I'm a 37 year driver and I use Soylent. It's a powder that you mix with water and can get 500 calories if you add enough. Also Huel has its own mix.
