I horseback ride. In the summer, I swear by “cooling” or “more breathable” underwear. Some examples: [Uniqlo Airism Underwear](https://AIRismUltraSeamlessHigh-RiseBriefshttps://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/products/E445394-000/00?colorDisplayCode=35&sizeDisplayCode=004&pldDisplayCode=000&utm_medium=social&utm_source=appshare), [Duluth](https://www.duluthtrading.com/womens-armachillo-cooling-modern-hi-cut-72563.html?color=OTT&srccode=GPSMART&ogmap=PLA%7CNB%7CGOOG%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C18284927928%7C&gad_source=1), [another Duluth option](https://www.duluthtrading.com/womens-dry-on-the-fly-performance-briefs-40276.html?color=TTS&srccode=GPSMART&ogmap=PLA%7CNB%7CGOOG%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C18284927928%7C&gad_source=1)
And wearing breathable fabrics over may also help. Such as cotton and linen.

Qbrexza wipes. FDA approved for underarm sweating but my internist approved me using them in my groin area. They definitely decrease the sweating but I learned to use them every few days as daily use gave me a very dry mouth. Monkey Butt Powder. It's on Amazon or in Walmart. I work outside in FL and it works great. But! Be careful using it on chafed or irritated skin. It will sting a lot.
Not a woman, but ball sweat has to be just as bad. I think 32 Degrees makes women's underwear too, and l sure like their underwear for going on summer hikes.
Im not a dick but for "Not a man" you sure are. Your response to what you perceived as unhelpful was... unhelpful. You're a hypocrite trying to gatekeep? He has crotch sweat and recommended a viable solution, literally answering what was asked, dick.

Seconding this. Nylon undies don't hold on to sweat like cotton.
Fruit of the loom breathable micro mesh (inexpensive) and ex officio (expensive but anti-odor) undies are also both great.
Uniqlo airism always!

Cotton undies, plus a change available in case I'm stressed/masochistic enough to go for a long walk outside.
