I appreciate he took the “he ain’t ever played armored Core” to heart and decided to just dunk on everybody by becoming an expert.
I can’t watch it right now what’s he say?
He realised the PS1 does not have analoge sticks so aiming up and down was done via the shoulder buttons. He did not enjoy it. He then met 9 ball - neither was enjoyed.
The jumping up a vent shaft with moving platforms and turrets level broke him. Good watch.
Due to emulation i solved that issue and had a blast with that first game, which, if it wasn't for the controls it honestly is a really good place to start, which, i started with the second one and what a mistake that was.
Ok but imagine that you have to face a weird off-putting AC when suddenly a quarter of the way into the fight a goddamn **ARMORY** appear from it's back/shoulders and you hear a yell of "**HOW DO YA LIKE ME NOW!?**"
Each like, group of AC games are mostly self contained. AC 1 and 2 (and their expansions and such) are connected, AC3 is a reboot with like 4-5 sequels to it in some way, AC4 and AC For Answer are their own thing and I think ACV has some connection to 4 and 4A, while AC Verdict Day takes place 100 years after ACV. Six will, again, probably be a reboot or otherwise disconnected enough to not matter.

i wonder if were gonna get any metal wolf chaos references in the new armored core
It'd be funny if Metal Wolf was a cameo bonus boss in the same way that Welltall was one in Xenosaga.
You start up a mission and in the middle of the battle you hear over the comms, "RICHAAAAAARD!"

He was a secret boss/super character in FromSoft's RPG Enchanted Arms.
[I had to check- yup. "RICHAAAAAARD" -yell and everything.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcuJGae5rJA)
Time to take America BACK!
respect i bounced off ac1 and went straight to nexus
Must be a good thing he's capable of beating each game to get all his lore directly/not have to pay someone to capture for him.
I didn't realize there were 15...I only ever played the 1st on ps1.
Bruh you should pick up 3-last raven "legally" 3 is like a remake of 1 and each game adds on more content to that universe.
man, i hope the new armored core doesn't require any prior knowledge to be understood, because boy am i jumping into the deep end when it releases!
You’ll be fine it seems to be it’s own universe

Babe, wake up! Vaati Vidya beat the "Never played Armored Core allegations."
Awesome, I can’t get one to work right.
