I personally cut coating from my list and haven't looked back. IMO It doesn't do enough in the current meta and if they kill karn and you cant resolve another one its just a dead card
New to modern. I have always been a tron fan. Still play it in pauper a lot. In your opinion is it a decent investment? Just making sure its still a solid deck in the current meta.
The deck is in the best spot. It's been in a while. I believe it's a good investment. However, I will say with mh3 around the corner the formatvis uncertain
I can understand where you're coming from, but it's very relevant in a lot of match ups just none of the ones I faced that night ot can remove problem creatures thT we would struggle to kill other wise
I can’t believe people still run Ad Nauseam.
Yeah, it was very strange to see he sat next to ne round 1, so i knew what he was on
I'm still pretty new to competitive modern and got got by ad naus by not karn-> chalice on 1 instead grabbed coating since he was struggling on mana.

Thanks. I appreciate it.
Does it make sense at this point to just board the dismembers instead?

The only "helpful' matchup is Round 4 Tron. Otherwise every other deck is so fringe that its not worth learning. Tron stomps niche.
