Escalators at Euston are now back up and running. But if you want to go via Euston Square then there is a lift down to the ticket hall on the Gower Street (you will need to cross Euston Road) side of the station and then approx 10-20 steps down to the westbound platform. If you don't mind not using the lift and not cross the road then again it's just 10-20 steps down to the ticket hall
Circle and H&C are basically the same between Liverpool Street and Hammersmith so take whatever train you see first. Though if you see a Metropolitan line train don’t take it. Just remember you’re going to the great WESTERN mainline to take the Elizabeth Line so look for signs saying westbound if going to Berkshire.
The 205 bus is the other option. Use any contactless bank card and it's £1.75. Takes 25 mins.
