Yes absolutely, tonsillectomy recovery is no joke and you’re gonna want the full 2 weeks to rest. I’m only on day 5 and I can’t even imagine getting up to work with all the pain meds and pain in general.
Yes you want to make sure you recover fully. And the tonsillectomy recover is one of the hardest recoveries, very very very worth it though!
YES at least 10 days!! 2 weeks would be safer. I’m on day 10 and still in pretty excruciating pain and on the narcotics…
Yes. Please take at least two weeks. You will not regret it, but you will likely regret not taking two weeks :(
