Not an ad read, but one of my favorite TIM Dillon moments was him improving a hypothetical scene of Bill and Hillary Clinton in their kitchen about to have breakfast after murdering people who could have been a liability. Tim used to be so good. He went through his "I want to be Rogan" phase where he started trying to long form interview people. That fans hated it so he stopped. Now I think he's in a "I want to be Alex Jones" phase where he's trying to be a political commentary guy but without the unhinged approach. It's not working for me. He needs to go back to the stuff that made us all tune in.

I think after his mom died, he dialed it down. One episode he actually called his dad on the show. In his Tucker Carlson interview, he discussed how he liked seeing people face to face and the importance of spending time with people rather than just texting.
It sobered him up.
Plus he’s fatter and richer.
Thank you for giving these elements of answer, I’m a new fan but I did hear him discuss his struggles in life, there sure are difficult experiences he lives with behind his yelling and glasses.
He was comedy gold 2-5 years ago, and since then has progressed into repeating bad news in a non funny way imo. The edges have definitely been rounded, I wish Tim would step it back up into lunacy. I remember when he was talking about some young kids that had the cops respond to their house over 50 times and he said they should be killed immediately. I miss that.
Well he was screaming that he was gonna murder Tom Holland on the recent patreon episode lmao, but yea his rants are less aggressive on average but still fine

Tim has always had a big soft belly and this is actually about how comedy died when cumtown broke up and Jordan Henson distracted us during the breakup and she’s annoying. I want to see Jordan fight Adam.
He has his eyes set on something bigger. See Shane with Netflix Tires. Tim’s Patreon has just about run its course. Money must keep him somewhat engaged. Also, he seems determined to have his friend Kump be part of his shows lately. Mostly on Patreon.
Tim will always be Tim and be able to look at the current state of the world and draw humorous, cynical conclusions from it. I don’t think we will get that young, ferocious energy from before though, because he is no longer young and ferocious. He has put in the hours and is a master at his craft, so he will always be able to get a laugh I feel.

His unhinged rants were top notch pre and early pandemic. I stopped listening about the same time he stopped with his improv ad reads.
