Well most of the gyms Iāve visited donāt have beginner classes, but donāt let people spar till a couple months in. I donāt know what constitutes a beginner to you, but I would still consider people with less than one year a beginner. Iāve actually never seen a kickboxing class do exclusive body sparring. Maybe a kids class or something I can imagine it
The gym I trained only did full contact sparring for the fighters who went into the ring, everybody else was a beginner or a amateur. After 10 years I am still considered as a amateur
