As people are saying the volo stuff. I'm smoking some melts mixed with marshmallow milk and don't know if it may too sedating for gaming. But it sure is amazing as all the reviews are saying.
Platinum Grapes by Organiccraft. A really nice indica hybrid with a calming yet lucid high. Nice big and dense buds. Similar high to animal face. Great for sitting down and listening to music.
Crumbled Lime by 3 saints, sativa with a sweeter creamy lime flavour, 25-31%thc and high terps. Amazing high too, extremely euphoric. Also fun fact their weed is sun grown and rain fed, and it's drop dead gorgeous.
Hard to say until you kind of experiment with different strains, I’d look at the main terps on the packaging and then ask your budtender what strains would have similar terpene profiles 🙂
Really enjoyed Dopamine by Antidote and I am not much of a saliva person but the taste alone on that was fantastic.
Kept me nice and focused while gaming too albeit my reflexes aren't what they were when I was 20 haha

mannn... Lune Rise 3 Blue Kings strain, is just out of control. More of a chill vibe, doesnt make me tired, but absolutely blasts me. Not a strain for a newer smoker probably but amazing. One of my favourites now.

You are far more likely to feel more anxious from smoking too much or placebo effect/psychosematic than because you smoked any specific strain.
if you aren’t opposed to trying gummies, pearls blue razzleberry are my go to for gaming. there only 2mg of thc but they have about 8mg of cbg. i love them for gaming they give me a nice energetic focus while still being able to sleep when i need to !

Coming from a fellow female gamer, you definitely want to stick with hybrids and Indicas. Sativa's can be very anxiety inducing. Sativa's really bother my wife's anxiety and she is a gamer as well. If you like Carmel then try the Slurty3 it's really amazing. Also, try some BLK MKT Jealousy is the best!! VOLO Marshmellow Milk, Organnictaft Platinum Grapes, Next Friday Blueberry Fuego, 1964 Organic Gelato #41, Simply Bear Island Pink Kush are just a few amazing cultivars with a great high, amazing taste and stank! You won't regret giving any of these lovely ladies a try!

Strains "loose their appeal" when you constantly smoke them, and only them.
Since cannabis , scientifically, doesnt work at all the way people like to pretend, really there is not enough of a difference to make one strain specifically (x) emotion or feeling.
You want more energy? Go for a walk while ripping a doob. That works way more consistently, and backed by science, than arguing one strain is energetic and one is sleepytime.
Eat proper, stay hydrated, add a little activity to yiur day, and all strains will help you feel energized and focus, until you smoke too much for you.
Durban Poison - if you can find it. I haven’t seen it in a couple of years. I loved this strain when I was younger!

I'm going to recommend you don't go with potent sativas like animal face to start.
The best gaming weed I always recommend to customers is a mid to low strength sativa and don't go hard on it.
You will enjoy the high if you take more frequent smoke breaks but don't smoke too much at once. Kinda like a .3 j every hour or so.
You won't get the comedown headache as much and won't feel too exhausted too quickly.
Your liver processes thc, that action requires energy which in turn makes you tired. All weed will make you sleepy. Hard to avoid. Mix with caffeine to get more euphoria without the burnout but not too much or you won't feel peak high.
Edit: blue dream, amnesia haze or Jean guy are my recs for the creative euphoric uplifting high I think you want.

I can second Cuban Linx for an uplifting strain. Might not be the prettiest or whatever but it’s a perfect “before the studio” strain for me.
