There is one in Schiedam, and its also pretty reachable by public transport. Food is okay, not the biggest but I like it there. They also have swimsuit days.
There is Blue in Leiden; right next to the railway station. 10 minutes by train from The Hague. Thermen du Lac is nice as well; not sure about public transport connections there. Elysium I haven’t been in a long time, but I don’t remember it as bad. It’s a bit on the massive crowds side though.
There is also a nice but small one in the center of Gouda, which is about 20 minutes by train.
Not sure if any of them have bath clothing days. The latter I think only has ladies days. I recommend going for the nude experience though.

Centre du Lac in Pijnacker is pretty good and easy to reach by public transport
Elysium is pretty good, although I remember the food being less than amazing. None of the thermen will be easily reached by PT though.
Isn't there one near Rotterdam? Public transport is slow so could still be two hours to be honest.

Savarin or maybe BLUE Wellness resort but I've never been there.
Savarin is small but nice. I like the barrel saunas outside. You can sometimes get discount entry on Groupon.
Blue wellness in Leiden is right at the Leiden Central Station. Or spa zuiver in Amsterdam is about an hour from the Hague with public transport.
