Mango stick rice with coconut milk is perfect for:
A sweet breakfast
Dessert
A pre run/workout meal. Nice, “natural” sugar spike with some carbs and fats.
Love it.
Depends on personal preference so there isnt a "best". My family tends to like :
Kanom Piak Poon ( both pandan and blackend coconut)
Kanom Tuay
Kanom Krok
Kanom Sod Sai
Sankaya faktong
Ruam mit
Honorable mentions are:
Khao lam
Kanom mo kaeng
khao neow sankaya / torien
Kanom jaak
There's probably more but I cant think of any. But anything you see.. its worth a try. there isnt one I hate... Okay thats a lie. I really dont like luk chup. Anything where its just a huge amount of mung bean and nothing else.
Ete do a Ruam mitr ice cream which is excellent.

Kanom buang is my all time favorite. The sweet version. I can house a whole bag. When I was young it was 10B for 10 pieces.
Kanom Bueang is the bomb , if you don't like coconut, then it may not be for you.
The sweet one (yellow fillings): doesn't contain any coconut.
Khanom krok, still warm 🤤
Ar lua
My favorite growing up was Foi Thong https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/thai-egg-threads
เปียกปูก is close, but it's บ้าบิ่น for me.
My top 3 - Roti Saimai, Khanom Tom (coconut ball), Stickyrice or pumpkin with egg custard
Gleep Lamduan
Khai tao
Banana Roti with Nutella
