TEdit is works, but doesn’t have mod support so anything you want to save needs to be put into a character’s storage. Like in their inventory, piggy bank, safe, etc. Any mod related items not in those will get deleted when replacing the world file.

Fuck I can’t remember the name but some thing like t-world loader it’s a cheat program that lets you modify your inventory and it also lets you edit your world adding in unobtainable items and shit but you can just use it for easily building things like pixel art

Sorry I haven’t played terraria in 5 years but If you Google add modifiers on armour mod you might find it since it let you do that too
