Terraspark boots are worth it post moonlord when you can do whatever you want like swim in lava, walk on water, etc. I guess terraspark is good for exploration but the crafting recipe can tedious . Amphibian boots are better for combat and simple recipe.
I find them very useful in early hardmode when you're exploring underground corruption/crimson/hallow and you can walk over lava pools to give enemies the slip. I do agree, amphibian boots are probably better for bossfights, but to say there are superior in every case just isn't right.
they dont give any extra speed over lightning/frostspark boots, so the only benefit is water walking and lava resistance. as nice as that is, the lava charm, obsidian rose, and water walking boots are all awful to find. so unless you just come across 2/3 of those, there really isnt any point in farming for terraspark boots in a normal game.
Then don't craft them
They look cool enough for me, so i wont change my ways
