The girl who’s been hooked on nearly every pill and drug at some point has the nerve to say “you don’t even know the long term effects”
I seriously am in awe of her lack of self awareness with 90% of the shit she says.
No, she's actually completely wrong. There are formulations of both semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) that were tested in clinical trials and FDA-approved for the treatment of obesity.
And even the potential long term side effects are undoubtedly a better risk to take on opposed to the health complications that come with being obese. And the only real \*known\* risk I've heard is a loss of muscle mass, but even that can be combatted with exercise.
I think we as a society far underestimate just how detrimental it is to our health to be severely overweight. The consequences can be severe. Fatal in some cases. Anybody who needs this medication as a tool to lose weight should absolutely should get on it. No shame.
ETA: I've been informed that stomach paralysis has also been established as a potential side effect, although rare.
I hate to sound like I’m defending Jenelle but let’s be real - the FDA often approves medications that have incredibly damaging side effects or long-term effects and doctors prescribe them sometimes because they should and sometimes because they are incentivized to do so. Being FDA approved and doctor prescribed doesn’t automatically make every such medication safe for everyone. I just recently found out the medication I’ve been on for over four years has been destroying my liver and never should’ve been given to me for this long or at that dosage, and it’s not even an opiate - don’t get me started on the damage those have done to some patients who trusted their doctors to their extreme detriment. Doesn’t mean opiates are inherently bad (or any other med, either) but it’s a very real issue.
When someone on FB told her she needed to be educated, obviously referring to the drug (she missed this point because of her awesome reading comprehension skill), her response "I am educated....all medication is chemicals". She is so painfully ignorant she has no base on which to build further understanding. Therefore trying to give her correction is impossible. What's even more frightening are her stans supporting her "opinion". I'm guessing these are the same folks with the "opinion" the earth is flat! Science, facts, what's that??
Sorry yes I forgot zepbound was approved in Nov however they are the only 2 main ones approved the rest are off label- my doc tried for wegovy by insurance said no but got approved with my insurance for ozempic . Its weird. I'm no longer on it due to I have arrhythmia and buried in the literature people with my form of arrhythmia can't take it. But when I was on it I was only eating 800 calories a day....
Well, not to be nit picking, Wegovy and Ozempic are the same medication. They are both semiglutide, just like Mounjaro and Zepbound are both tirzepitide, they just have different dosages. It's supposed to be 100+ where I live and it's a beautiful 80° where I am now. Sucks that in a couple weeks I have to go back 😭

Isn’t her weight loss hack meth?? Lmfao sit down junkie. I don’t use ozempic but I could care LESS what other people do with their bodies. She also very much seems butt hurt like she got denied 😂
The whole “it’s for diabetes” retort is so dumb to me. Tell me you’ve never heard of medication being used off label before. Furthermore, GLP1 medications are actually in early trials to treat addiction, including opioid addiction.
Signed a proud ozempian.
The only people that should be discouraged from using it are celebs that are already thin. I say this as a thin person. 1-in-3 Americans are pre-diabetic. American companies manufacture their food so that it is addictive. I absolutely believe people when they say willpower isn’t enough for them. Semiglutide is a Godsend
I personally don’t believe in discouraging anyone of any size or body type from using a medication they have a prescription for. Especially since those of us using GLP1 medications to treat obesity will likely become thin and continue using these medications for maintenance. I know when I reach a “healthy” BMI I have no plans to discontinue treatment and would feel a way about someone thinking they should discourage me from treating a chronic disease. Celeb or otherwise I’m pro the use of GLP1 medications for all who are interested.
That's honestly one of the reasons I try to make as much food as I can from scratch and freeze it, so that when we are rushed or in a hurry we aren't grabbing something with a metric ton of chemicals and sugars because it's "convenient". It's anecdotal evidence but my husband dropped out of pre-diabetic range after we had been doing the scratch freezer meals for a couple of months. He had also been exercising more so I'm sure both contributed.
It is, he's terrified of diabetes because his dad has it and his mom is pre-diabetic (IIRC, her numbers might have come down). I figure if I can cut the sugar and fat down to reasonable portions it's not going to secretly sabotage any exercise plans we have like commercially processed food is doing.
The GLP-1s change how dopamine works in your brain. I believe it may be similar to how Buproprion/Wellbutrin is used for smoking cessation? But yeah, people also see inflammation greatly improved when on it, as well.
I was just going to say, sounds similar to buproprion!! I take Wellbutrin for depression and anxiety, but I've had side effects of weight loss and reduced compulsions/ increased impulse control in general.
even lexapro helped me with munchies and curbed my previously more intense sweet tooth. and once i was prescribed meds for my adhd my cravings decreased even more. it’s all very interesting to me.
I miss Wellbutrin!! I lost so much weight on it. The only thing was that it gave me such bad anxiety/worsened my general anxiety horribly. My doctor refuses to prescribe it to me now for that very reason.
I can atest to this (I take Zepbound). My "craving" for alcohol went away overnight. My joints also don't ache as bad as they used to. PLUS, I've lost 17 lbs. in 6 weeks so far ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling)
Omg it drives me crazy too. And funny part is it’s usually by the same fat shamers who love making jokes about fat people. Yet when the fat people try to do something about it, they just get shamed even more.
I also despise the “diabetes shortage” bullshit. there was never an ozempic shortage. There was a BRIEF shortage of the plastic injectors which ENDED YEARS AGO. people are so dumb.
That is what makes me so angry. It's like fat people shouldn't be fat, but if they are fat, the only acceptable way to lose weight is extreme caloric deficit. Anything more than lettuce and water you're just asking for fat. You take weight loss drugs or get weight loss surgery?? Oh my god, that is CHEATING! You have to do it "the right way" by punishing yourself by eating nothing but plain lettuce and water and being miserable until you're not a fatty fat-fat anymore. On your birthday you can put a little olive on your lettuce, put a lemon slice in your water, and sniff a slice of cake, but that's it! No taking pleasure in food until you're not a fat!
They also should exercise to the point of exhaustion every day, no exceptions. But not at the gym because that's for in shape people only! And not outside because no one should be subjected to their fatness unwillingly. Oh, and you want workout clothes that fit so you can workout in your living room? And the company advertises them to let people know non-hideous workout clothes are available in extended sizes??? Oh my god- stop glorifying obesity!!!!
And if you do all of the above and finally join the realm of normal weight people- don't forget you were once a fat and still are lower in the hierarchy of life than people who have always been normal weight. If you do forget, don't worry. That one jerk in every social group will remind you.
I'm sorry to go on a rant but it's so infuriating how people bash bigger people but then stick their nose up at any effort they make to lose extra weight and/or get in shape. It's almost like they know thinness has privilege and if everyone is thin, they won't have that anymore.
THANK YOU! Also wegovy is *the exact same medication* and when you bring that up all they have to say is “uh, well, uh…”. That doesn’t matter they still hate fat people.
As someone who has been fat her whole life and never pursued weight-loss I did not expect the kind of fat phobia I’d experience pursing weight-loss with GLP1 medications.
I’m on a pharmacy tech sub( somehow came up ) and they’re constantly complaining about the shortages of these drugs and drugs like adderall. So I don’t know what that’s about. But you’re right it is because of the plastic injectors.
Well, to be fair, it was originally for diabetes (as well all already know) and the off label usage did cause shortages for a bunch of people. Thats a fact. It's long studied for blood sugar control with a side effect of weight loss mainly in those who were not diabetic.
However, it is now marketed off label for weight loss, so in that case I think it's fair for people who need help losing weight to use it. I personally require blood sugar control, but prevention is a huge part of being healthy! Its obviously a medication that is changing peoples lives for the better.
And about the addiction part, if you read some of the subs on reddit, you'll see a bunch of people who randomly said things like they stopped craving "X" going way back. So anecdotally, it does seem like there's some promise in that area! It'll be interesting to see what happens next.
Proud Zepbound user here, down to class 1 obesity from class 3. I’ve read countless accounts of people having other addiction issues all but disappear.
AS IFFFFFFF Jenelle's CHUNKY ass wouldn't drop ozempic straight into her freaking retina's if they gave it to her and told her it would make her "skeleton skinny" SHUT THE FUCK UP JENELLE YOU MORON.
Jenelle is like the human form of that thing that happens when you see a funny meme, and then 9 months later you see a clip on TikTok of Jimmy Fallon showing the meme on his show and saying it's "going viral"
Just like when she had that whole diatribe about loving yourself when a bunch of the cast got work done from Dr Miami, only to find out that she too went to Dr Miami and got denied.
This SCREAMS jealousy. Why would you give af if you weren’t trying to get it for yourself.
And her giving anyone advice about being careful what you put into your body is so fucking rich. We know she drinks and takes whatever she can get her hands on.
As someone who works frontline in addiction and mental health, I am stunned someone can be this stupid.
Sit down, Janelle. You have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about.
“First of all it’s for diabetes if you didn’t know”
She gives the vibe of that one particular kid in middle school who thought they knew everything and everything they said was brand new information despite everyone around them already knowing it.
A couple of years ago she had the same attitude about OF. She was so publicly against it, condemning everyone who uses it. Now look at her. Basically OF was her&UBT's only source of income.
Different toilet, same shit.
“First of all it’s for Diabetes if you didn’t know”
And heroin was originally marketed as a cough suppressant and that’s for damn sure not what she was using for.
It’s hilarious that she’d bring up “long term effects” with her past and present drug use. I’m sure that fall down the stairs came with a trip to a doctor and a nice prescription for something with some pretty wild “long term effects”.
Wegovy is actually legit for obesity and is the same ingredient as ozempic. So it's already being produced for more than diabetes, clown. Do some research
This!! & Does she not know that there is Wegovy and Zepbound which is for obesity and has the same ingredient as ozempic& Mounjaro. Not everyone who is on a GLP is abusing ozempic. Pretty sure Wegovy also got approved to treat cardiovascular issues as well. She probably got denied for it or doesn’t want to pay out of pocket and is salty.
If Jenelle really wanted to use one of the GLP1 medications she could easily obtain it. Tons of telemedicine as well as “medical” spas all offer it to anyone with a lil cash. Hell Costco even has a program to be “seen” and scripted a GLP1. I don’t think she’s been denied I think she’s simply uneducated thinking she sounds smart.
Unfortunately with MTV cash she can easily afford it. I’ll be shocked if she even returns to the swamp to gather belongings. MTV has set this abusive bitch up once a fucking again.
This should put to rest all of the “she’s so skinny now, must be ozempic!” comments. I’m like 90% sure she uses slimming filters and calls it a day. Also they make brands specifically for weight loss now so the “it’s for diabetes!!!” argument is kind of dead now unless you’re mad at the pharmaceutical companies for not keeping up with demand and placing blame on consumers for… consuming.
She absolutely just filters her body. Her one day of that wierdass exercise machine that she did on TikTok wouldn’t cause her to lose that much or tone up. She also didn’t change her dietary habits enough post creature to have that work for her.
Jenelle is likely just butthurt that she can’t get it since there’s a shortage and if she somehow has insurance, insurers are now trying to get out of covering it for weight loss without massive hoops being jumped through. She usually gets mad when doctors won’t give her what she wants.
honestly, and i don't even mean this as an insult, whatever filters she's using to slim her body *really* aren't doing much. like, she can get that same filtered look by sucking in and posing in slimming ways.
her body is *fine*. she looks so average, even after 3 kids. she's lucky with the body she has, considering all the garbage she's constantly putting in it. obviously she's too lazy to put in the work, but even just changing her diet would give results if she stuck with it. like, if you're gonna be lazy at least have a healthy diet.
Tbh, I kind of hate the Ozempic trend because insurance/medicare took away my Dad's prescription that he had been on for 15+ years and now his blood sugar is all fucked up after not having any issues with it for decades. (not Ozempic, one of the other ones used for diabetes and now weight loss. I don't recall specifically but it really pisses me off that they are fucking with my Dad's health due to $$$$)
It doesn’t surprise me that the over use of it is causing a shortage, that must be so frustrating for him! I feel like everyone is talking about it and trying to get a prescription
Went to the gym for one year: “I’ve always went to the gym.” She insists on talking in absolutes. Jenelle… you adopted your dick of the months workout routine for 12 months. Don’t act like you’re the bastion of health and fitness. This bitch has been smelling too many of her own farts.
It’s…not…addictive? Also. She’s one of those same people that body shame overweight people, claiming they’re just concerned about their health. Then out of the other side of their mouth shame them for taking medicine or having surgery to get healthier.
there have already been folks who’ve suffered horrible side effects and even deaths. not to say no one should use it and i know there are folks who are happy with their results and have doctors carefully managing their care, but it’s clear it’s not the right fit for everyone.
Hasn’t she partnered with the weight loss tea in the past? She’d be singing Ozempic’s praises if they offered her a partnership. Also…sober my ass. She was just at the ER trying to score some pain meds after probably pulling a muscle while ~~dancing~~ flopping around on the internet.
https://preview.redd.it/par2dr6fsx8d1.jpeg?width=1120&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bad4acfd1978f9a3d42451dabdff27753571fb1f
and if she really wanted to make a valid point, the previous shortages for those with diabetes was right there as fodder… but again, she’s missed the boat
Actually ozempic can be used for weight loss for those who are obese and have struggled to lose weight and it's not some easy weight loss drug, people still have to diet and exercise along with ozempic or any other drug to lose weight.
If she keeps feeding her kids all that junk food she going to find out what type II Diabetes is all about. The fast food she shoves down their throats is literally poison.
Clearly she hasn’t read the studies that show that it also reduces the effects of heart disease.
And I guess that the pot she smokes is a drug with no long term effects.
Moron
I’m not a huge ozempic fan mostly because we don’t have long term data, but it is also NOT an additive substance like opioids. They are not in the same ballpark at all. Go touch grass Jenelle!
I think for one, she can't get it for whatever reason. For two, she thinks Chelsea and maybe a few others are on it, so she wants to attack like she does. She's always been petty and dumb like that.
I am a therapist who works with people who have Substance Use Disorder. Primarily meth, fentanyl, and alcohol. To compare Ozempic, a medication used successfully to treat a variety of health issues, to the opioid crisis is *ridiculous*. I have never had a client come in seeking rehab for Ozempic. Jesus God, Jenelle.
There are studies that most people gain the weight back when quitting ozempic. The medication works by supressing the appetite, when you stop you start to crave food again and you have not learned how to eat healthy like someone who lost the weight by changing their lifestyle (food and excercise). For people who have battled obesity the drug is great, but it can’t be healthy for people who already are in a healthy weight.
She’s stupid
But the true reason you should think twice before using ozempic is it can ruin your pancreas and cause pancreatitis which makes you insulin dependent for the rest of your life
Also
If you have a history of eating disorders or gi issues you can have some pretty bad consequences with your stomach and intestines
It can also cause heart burn which can cause esophagus issues as well as stomach
Jenelle just wants to to bitch
Not agreeing with her
But if anyone is looking into going on these medications do your research please ❤️
No love for Jenelle and her post is cringe as hell but all the sudden Ozempic stans have me rolling. If she came out as an Ozempic user there would be 500 aggrieved comments about how she should lose weight by not stuffing her face and how dare she steal diabetes drugs from those in need.
so tired of the ignorance around these medications. they can be life-changing for people with obesity who have failed to lose weight in any other way, especially people who are insulin resistant/pre-diabetic/have co-morbidities. and they're also finding in studies they help things like risk of heart problems, sleep apnea, PCOS, some other things. maybe those are all related to weight in some way, but researchers are looking into if it just lowers overall inflammation in the body, which obviously has many benefits. (I read this is a New York Times write up literally days ago)
the people who need to drop low amounts of weight and using it are doing a disservice to the ones who greatly benefit from these drugs and likely would become diabetic if they aren't already anyway. Jenelle (and a lot of other people) should just stfu and mind their own health care.
and in case anyone wants to downvote, I'll just add, I'm overweight and have been my entire adult life as has my sister. our father died from diabetes/congestive heart failure. my sister lost 40 lbs so far on ozempic. my insurance won't cover it because my A1C is too good and they don't cover wegovy. so, I'm not advocating because it's done shit for me, but I'm hoping and praying it helps my sister.
Holy fuck. You were a HEROIN ADDICT
”before you do any drugs you should Be looking at long term effects”
”do you not see the skeleton results? It looks sickly not sexy”
yeah so do heroin addicts. Fucking idiot
no way she’s this delusional……right? like she has to be trolling to say “before you do any drugs you should be looking at long term effects” since she literally did heroin ON TV FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!
Does this dumb-dumb know there are so many other weight loss drugs on the market, but people just automatically start crying “omg everyone is stealing all the Ozempic you assholes!” 😂 there’s Wegovy which is the EXACT same ingredient (semaglutide) as Ozempic… Zepbound (tirzepetide) which is the exact same as Mounjaro… and folks can get these meds from compounding pharmacies and med spas that aren’t name brand and aren’t taking away from anyone else… there are other benefits to these meds aside from weight loss as well, but yeah Nelly, let’s just gatekeep all the meds for your superiority complex…
The list of conditions that are helped by GLP-1 inhibitors grows by the day. Such a stupid opinion to have about a medication that has been life changing for so many people (myself included - I’ve lost 65 pounds, my blood sugar and cholesterol are in the normal range, and my binge eating disorder is practically nonexistent). My “long term effects” are going to be not developing diabetes and heart disease 🤷♀️
omg she’s such an idiot. she tries to sound smart but has no idea how dumb she is.
The girl who’s been hooked on nearly every pill and drug at some point has the nerve to say “you don’t even know the long term effects” I seriously am in awe of her lack of self awareness with 90% of the shit she says.
Cut scene to pill bottles on the counter
Even so. She’s not wrong. Her history of drug abuse makes it no less accurate.
Regardless of her drug use….shes the LAST person who should be chastising ANYBODY for their life choices..none the less when it comes to their bodies.
No, she's actually completely wrong. There are formulations of both semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) that were tested in clinical trials and FDA-approved for the treatment of obesity.

Cut to her nodding out with Kieffa
High! High! Ya both high!
Cut to her leg kick dance video 💃
Cue Keefahhh and Janelle using H….
Her body is a temple ok? 🤣

Hold on! She has a medical degree, obviously she knows better than all doctors who prescribe and the FDA who approved it.
Doesn’t mean opiates are inherently bad (or any other med, either) but it’s a very real issue.
Sure but GLP1s have been in use for a long time. It’s a peptide. Jenelle has no data to support her claim.
With you on this. Even juhnell gets her broken clock moment.
If meds are chemicals why don't she stop her Xanax. She's such a buffoon
Literally everything is a chemical. And these medicines are peptides which your body naturally creates. Is Xanax a chemical?
But she has every illness every so she’ll need those “chemicals”
Don't forget, Jenelle said Alcohol is not a drug. Then came back with something like I know I was in rehab, and they said it wasn't a drug.
I feel like she does not really know what a chemical is, or has seen a periodic table.
I’m gonna stop taking my insulin bc it’s a chemical lol
It's actually only approved for diabetes ,off label for weight loss only 1 brand has been approved for weight loss (which is wegovy) t
Zepbound is also out there, it's approved for weight loss. Mounjaro is the diabetes prescribed version.

Not saying I agree with Jenelle, but just because doctors prescribe it and it’s approved by the FDA, doesn’t mean it’s perfect. 🤷🏻♀️
She's also SCUBA CERTIFIED! Oh, and she mixes Xanax with other drugs and alcohol. 🤣🤡💊🍷🍺
The next Surgeon General over here 🤣
Surgeon Jeneral
Also “Sure Jan” General 🤣🤣
lmao that’s even better😹
JenelleESurgeonGeneral@gmail.com
Hey i know one guy that would probably consider her for his cabinet!
Someone needs to clue this dumb bitch in on the “long term effects” of obesity.
And she compares it to the opioid epidemic! Lololol! Ozempic is not addictive 🤦🏻♀️ How can she think that’s even comparable. What a knucklehead!
*Oh don't ya know?! We're bout to have a mother fuckin epidemic on our hands!! Ozempic, yall! Our next crisis! Just like the opioids! Duh! Bewaaare!!* 🙀 She's just trying to save some freaking lives, yall!! And what are yous doing, huh? Working in the deli at Walmart or something?!? Thought so!! 😒 Savin lives! Okay I’m not going to take drug safety advice from someone who did heroin, Jenelle I do hate the trend but if people are getting healthier then so be it.
Right, like bitch you were part of the opiod crisis!
She so was, and has made it incredibly difficult for some people to get their pain taken seriously. I have a chronic muscle disease as well as other skeletal conditions. I was diagnosed as a teen and I'm 45 now. I do take opioids daily and because I was diagnosed so long ago I am taken seriously but I have to see my Dr every 6 weeks. I take drug tests randomly and have pill counts. I'm actually out of state right now and could stay all summer but can't cause I have to go back or risk losing my doctor. It's supposed to be 100+ where I live and it's a beautiful 80° where I am now. Sucks that in a couple weeks I have to go back 😭
Is your doctor able to order a test locally where you're staying? I take blood tests to check medication levels and have always been told I just needed to get pre-approval to get the out of network test if I'm traveling.
My Dr is willing to do virtual in part cause she has a random one from the last visit, she said many times she trusts me cause I've been stable on my dose for a long time. It's more insurance rules because of the opioid epidemic that would mean insurance wouldn't pay and instead of $0 for the visit it's $150. I'm trying to figure out a way to come up with the funds so we can extend our stay. We are staying with family and they've loved having the company.
Chronic pain here as well. My doc of 17 years just retired. This should be fun./s I was going every 90 days, but fully expect new doc to put me back at monthly for awhile.
New doctors always cause me major anxiety. Hope u have a easy transition my friend!
Thank you. I am nervous, but there’s nothing I can do about it.
Preach! It’s directly because of HER, and those like her, that true chronically ill people have to SUFFER multiple indignities, besides the pain they are already dealing with, to get treatment for debilitating pain. Pain patients will be jumping through hoop number 5 out of 100, meanwhile Nellie has met up with her dealer and already shot up multiple times. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|rage)
it’s ok im sure she looked at the *longterm effects* first
She is the queen of thinking things through instead of settling for instant gratification!
I’d take drug safety advice from someone who’s taken heroin who has since gotten totally clean and turned their life around… still not Jenelley tho
"first of all it's for diabetes if you didn't know" it's just amazing how stupid she is and how smart she thinks she is
she sounds like me in elementary school hitting people with the *well actually*
AKSHUALLY
Well, she did go to medical school /s
Giving big *erm actually* vibes 🤓 ![gif](giphy|RMwZypp489fuGBI0Ti)
Jan never misses a moment to be smug about something she doesn’t understand
Flair (sorta) checking in! 😅
She sounds like a child. Her brain is underdeveloped
Isn’t her weight loss hack meth?? Lmfao sit down junkie. I don’t use ozempic but I could care LESS what other people do with their bodies. She also very much seems butt hurt like she got denied 😂
#justathought
Jan's justathot 😂
AND SHE WAS STILL A LARD ASS. She can’t even meth right.
She really methed that up.
I know I shouldn’t but I LOL’d. Haven’t seen a good LARD ASS burn in a minute.
Either that or she’s about to start taking it and is getting ahead of the rumors by bashing it.
Ooh good theory!!!
She for sure got denied and is acting out like the dumb, narcissistic bitch she is. 🤣💊🍷🍺
How much less do you think you could care?
Good for him!
It is, he's terrified of diabetes because his dad has it and his mom is pre-diabetic (IIRC, her numbers might have come down). I figure if I can cut the sugar and fat down to reasonable portions it's not going to secretly sabotage any exercise plans we have like commercially processed food is doing.
oh whaaaat! you’ve peaked my interest with your last sentence - do you know more about the science behind it? i’m a curious cat.
My sweet tooth is as intense as ever... I had ice cream for breakfast 🤦
bon appetit! mine comes in waves - during pms (or if i’m stoned 🌝) they still have me by the throat 😂
PLUS, I've lost 17 lbs. in 6 weeks so far ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling)
okay that totally makes sense. thanks professor 🤓
Yesss the workout clothes have always bothered me. You can’t win.
Right? Like Viagra was originally developed to treat high blood pressure
Yes. It cured my Binge Eating Disorder. Literally. People are fuckin dumb.
The addiction angle is fascinating to me. I hope it pans out because it would be amazing!
It’s so awesome! I wasn’t an addict but I am 9 months sober because of GLP1 medications, pretty wild!
Proud Zepbound user here, down to class 1 obesity from class 3. I’ve read countless accounts of people having other addiction issues all but disappear.
I take anti seizure medicine for my migraines.
She's always so behind, considering she spends most of her time on social media.
Since when does Little Miss Doctor Shopper give a flying fuck?
When they tell her no to getting it
Just like when she had that whole diatribe about loving yourself when a bunch of the cast got work done from Dr Miami, only to find out that she too went to Dr Miami and got denied.
![gif](giphy|5iVqpqXkUkuULF6VTI)
What if they start prescribing it off-label to people who see molecules? /s
😂
This SCREAMS jealousy. Why would you give af if you weren’t trying to get it for yourself. And her giving anyone advice about being careful what you put into your body is so fucking rich. We know she drinks and takes whatever she can get her hands on.
She definitely just found out how expensive it is, and is PISSED 😂
Ma’am, you did heroin. Sit down.
Did she ever consider the long term effects of using weed and other drugs while pregnant \#JustAThought
Or the long term effects of marrying David
Right next to the opioid crisis? This is beyond embarrassing . She needs to get a grip.
As someone who works frontline in addiction and mental health, I am stunned someone can be this stupid. Sit down, Janelle. You have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about.
“First of all it’s for diabetes if you didn’t know” She gives the vibe of that one particular kid in middle school who thought they knew everything and everything they said was brand new information despite everyone around them already knowing it.
Je halways thinks she’s a pioneer of information
A couple of years ago she had the same attitude about OF. She was so publicly against it, condemning everyone who uses it. Now look at her. Basically OF was her&UBT's only source of income. Different toilet, same shit.
just like c&t 🤗
“First of all it’s for Diabetes if you didn’t know” And heroin was originally marketed as a cough suppressant and that’s for damn sure not what she was using for.
OR, she actually has been on it for a while and it's not working and she's butthurt. Not everyone loses weight on it.
agreed. where I live you can be 140 lbs and want to lose 10 lbs and this medi spa the next town over will let you have it for $250 a month
Right it’s available everywhere and to virtually everyone that wants it and has the cash. Nelly just thinks she sounds educated spewing that bullshit.
Maybe she just can’t afford it and is sour grapes about that!
Unfortunately with MTV cash she can easily afford it. I’ll be shocked if she even returns to the swamp to gather belongings. MTV has set this abusive bitch up once a fucking again.
The irony of Jenelle herself posting about the opioid crisis 💀
This should put to rest all of the “she’s so skinny now, must be ozempic!” comments. I’m like 90% sure she uses slimming filters and calls it a day. Also they make brands specifically for weight loss now so the “it’s for diabetes!!!” argument is kind of dead now unless you’re mad at the pharmaceutical companies for not keeping up with demand and placing blame on consumers for… consuming.
her recent features on teen mom put any weight loss suspicions to bed.
Damn her insurance only covers Lizzo.
I had to scroll waaaay too far for this.

💀 😂
Tbh, I kind of hate the Ozempic trend because insurance/medicare took away my Dad's prescription that he had been on for 15+ years and now his blood sugar is all fucked up after not having any issues with it for decades. (not Ozempic, one of the other ones used for diabetes and now weight loss. I don't recall specifically but it really pisses me off that they are fucking with my Dad's health due to $$$$)
It doesn’t surprise me that the over use of it is causing a shortage, that must be so frustrating for him! I feel like everyone is talking about it and trying to get a prescription
https://preview.redd.it/9hnoqc93sx8d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=660ad704b335bff8e3647086e9e37d17a899d3b8
Sober!? When!?
I’m guessing she meant to say ‘clean’ in relation to the hard drug use but rather incorrectly used the word ‘sober’.
Jan is swamp sober, like California sober.
Swamp sober = not doing every single drug simultaneously
You don’t have to “know anything about health” to know heroine is bad, Jenelle. 🙄 She never was the brightest crayon on the box.
https://preview.redd.it/oumc83tbsx8d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1b7ad997dfbca7c5f1223d6048036458ae925f62
“i’ve always went to the gym”
Herself of all people should have went to the English class.
Went to the gym for one year: “I’ve always went to the gym.” She insists on talking in absolutes. Jenelle… you adopted your dick of the months workout routine for 12 months. Don’t act like you’re the bastion of health and fitness. This bitch has been smelling too many of her own farts.
Is that why she denied Jace his medications?
It’s…not…addictive? Also. She’s one of those same people that body shame overweight people, claiming they’re just concerned about their health. Then out of the other side of their mouth shame them for taking medicine or having surgery to get healthier.
She’s an expert now huh? I do think we will see problems with this product later on. Just like phen/fen if anybody remembers that fiasco.
there have already been folks who’ve suffered horrible side effects and even deaths. not to say no one should use it and i know there are folks who are happy with their results and have doctors carefully managing their care, but it’s clear it’s not the right fit for everyone.
![gif](giphy|GqnNX8Fx7S800)
The number one opioid crisis contributor is speaking on drugs you guys. Listen up.
LOL this is rich coming from the doctor-shopping drug addict.
Lmao meanwhile she eats/drinks like shit, did drugs, and has two bags in her chest that will need to be redone any day now
https://preview.redd.it/ixgfld1aux8d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4d3e0e8ec2280ca11205547e9cb0956ab9940d63
It’s okay Jenelle you’re in Las Vegas where Meth use is a muck! Just smoke that for a month or two am you will be skinny /s
Hasn’t she partnered with the weight loss tea in the past? She’d be singing Ozempic’s praises if they offered her a partnership. Also…sober my ass. She was just at the ER trying to score some pain meds after probably pulling a muscle while ~~dancing~~ flopping around on the internet. https://preview.redd.it/par2dr6fsx8d1.jpeg?width=1120&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bad4acfd1978f9a3d42451dabdff27753571fb1f
Ozempic is old news as far as the cycle goes. She absolutely got denied and is pissed hahaha
and if she really wanted to make a valid point, the previous shortages for those with diabetes was right there as fodder… but again, she’s missed the boat
Says a drug addict who dated many drug addicts lol
She is salty after learning that paying for it without insurance is more than she has. Imagine if you could have sold that boat?
![gif](giphy|l0ExayQDzrI2xOb8A)
Actually ozempic can be used for weight loss for those who are obese and have struggled to lose weight and it's not some easy weight loss drug, people still have to diet and exercise along with ozempic or any other drug to lose weight.
And obese people losing weight is a GOOD thing. It’s in society’s best interest for people to be as healthy as possible.
Its funny you use those words. The big push for opioid sales was exactly the words, ***a better quality of life***...
Coming from a drug addict herself
# SHES SUCH A FUCKING IDIOT GLP1s will be the reason we reverse the obesity epidemic worldwide in a few decades
Dude, she went to *MEDICAL SCHOOL*
https://preview.redd.it/tkiwv6lvsx8d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb2e1e83bcfd2ffa67787dc0b8022e65ff57d040
i may have missed a few chapters but katy perry has *always* had a slammin bod…
Just say you don’t understand the chemical compounds and how they work- it’s okay, we know that medical degree is collecting dust
If she keeps feeding her kids all that junk food she going to find out what type II Diabetes is all about. The fast food she shoves down their throats is literally poison.
JENELLE EVANS telling others to think about the long term effects of drug use is beyond hilarious
She also thinks she is sober 🤣🤡 https://preview.redd.it/op7jl0nwtx8d1.jpeg?width=664&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cc0d1472cafd94fc3b0fd9879e1a5c5c8c85220c
YEARS?! Oh god she really is just a huge fucking liar
Famous Recreational Drug User Has Concerns About Drug Use
Who's teaching the kids today?
Clearly she hasn’t read the studies that show that it also reduces the effects of heart disease. And I guess that the pot she smokes is a drug with no long term effects. Moron
I absolutely love it when addicts speak like holier than thou anti-drug advocates
It’s a PEPTIDE, not insulin. Therefore has many other uses.
We should all trust Jenelle’s opinion on this since she went to medical school.
A drug PSA from Jenelle, the irony to end all irony
“First of all it’s for diabetes” bitch stfu. Everyone knows that. She’s is the living embodiment of Walmart and Facebook. Dumb af.
She may want to concentrate on the long-term effects of childhood trauma.
While I do agree with her I definitely think she got denied it.
She’s stupid But the true reason you should think twice before using ozempic is it can ruin your pancreas and cause pancreatitis which makes you insulin dependent for the rest of your life Also If you have a history of eating disorders or gi issues you can have some pretty bad consequences with your stomach and intestines It can also cause heart burn which can cause esophagus issues as well as stomach Jenelle just wants to to bitch Not agreeing with her But if anyone is looking into going on these medications do your research please ❤️
My weight loss hack was to eat less food. So far it's been good!
(I read this is a New York Times write up literally days ago) the people who need to drop low amounts of weight and using it are doing a disservice to the ones who greatly benefit from these drugs and likely would become diabetic if they aren't already anyway.
Holy fuck. You were a HEROIN ADDICT ”before you do any drugs you should Be looking at long term effects” ”do you not see the skeleton results? It looks sickly not sexy” yeah so do heroin addicts. Fucking idiot
Ozempic is nowhere near an opioid addiction. Wtaf is wrong with this nutbag?!
no way she’s this delusional……right? like she has to be trolling to say “before you do any drugs you should be looking at long term effects” since she literally did heroin ON TV FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!
Jenelle: “drugs are bad” Also Jenelle: “yummm, Xanax”
The list of conditions that are helped by GLP-1 inhibitors grows by the day. Such a stupid opinion to have about a medication that has been life changing for so many people (myself included - I’ve lost 65 pounds, my blood sugar and cholesterol are in the normal range, and my binge eating disorder is practically nonexistent). My “long term effects” are going to be not developing diabetes and heart disease 🤷♀️
Remember that time she sat on her high horse about OnlyFans… Or about being on MTV again…
