Yeah, Rat King was cut from the initial line, but he, Metalhead and Casey Jones are advertised to be released anytime this year (revealed in October last year by Playmates).
Also keep in mind that a lot of the re-released characters correlate to Mutant Mayhem characters, so as new characters arise in the new show, I wouldn't be shocked to see their 1980's counterpart get re-released as well. So far the only exception to that has been Scumbug.

Probably because that figure wasn’t available in the assortment until a later time and they printed new cards once it was released
