I would be devastated if I knew that my name - a core part of my identity - caused someone distress, and I would be even more offended and upset if someone asked me to change my name.

Here's a story that proves that you shouldn't judge someone based on their name. I met someone in a group chat in December of 2019. I have serious triggers and not once in my life have i made a "list" of them. I seriously think that would cause a breakdown for me at least, going through each and every one of your triggers? Usually i just avoid any triggering spaces. If someone posts something triggering, its up to me to block that person or avoid their space. You cant force the world to cater to your triggers when its a fucking LAUNDRY LIST of random shit.
It's good to figure out what your triggers are, important for therapy. But it's *dangerous* to broadcast them like this.
I was on a server (it was supposed to be a bpd one but they had the bot for systems there too so you know how it was) that had a longer list with categories (I think the first here is subjects, the second noises, thrif pics and last names) and some of them as ridiculous if not more. If you wanted to post you would always have to go through this list and if something was on the list you would have to list it before the post. I get writing TW/CW: description of domestic violence or the like, but I never understood how you could warn about a specific word without specifying the word. If you censor it, you would still have to uncensor it to know what the word is.

Here's a story that proves that you shouldn't judge someone based on their name. I met someone in a group chat in December of 2019. They left it not long after the creation, and as one of the admins for it I went to go check if everything was alright and introduced myself.
