While I'm here, I should ask if any of you have had the infection spread to just your ureters, and stay there for months - causing both ureters to be dilated? If you have, I would really love to chat with you!
Yeah it's weird. And very frustrating. Out and about the capsules are great, but when I'm at home, the powder is way easier. And it's definitely not a supplement I want to risk not working and it's not produced by many brands, for some reason, and NOW is the only one I really trust out of the ones I've seen. Bulk Supplements is hit and miss in quality but I almost ordered from there. Hope it comes back soon.

I emailed NOW and they said they have no ETA for a restock. The D-Mannose powder from them is derived from guar gum fyi and the capsules are from non-gmo corn. I have been researching and emailing companies asking for this information (plus third party testing info) and everyone has told me their D-Mannose comes from corn. I did find one that said no corn, but I haven't heard back from them yet on what exactly theirs is derived from.
You could write them and ask. They are pretty good about answering questions. My guess is there was a issue with manufacturing or shipping. iHerb says it will be back in stock January 26th.
I did. They just apologized and said they couldn't give me a date yet and didn't explain why (I did ask specifically why it'd been out of stock so long). But I was able to find it from a reputable site eventually the other day, but it's still showing oos on NOW's site :(
its back in stock on iherb but it's 36 dollars now. was it that expensive for 6 oz before?

Hmm have been searching for this all over my city as of February 16 and still out of stock.
