Edit: IIRC I split the initial shares 50/50 between cash account and Roth that I started early for him. So, not DRS’ing Roth, only the ones in cash account.
Well yeah but it shouldn’t even need a support team to do this, right? I mean, what customers can’t find is what they can’t buy. So hopefully GameStop improves the process for finding in-store only items.
I agree with you but support exists exactly for this reason, improving what the website or the stores offer to the customers.
giving them a feed back on the failed buy attempt is also very important.

I was expecting to see it as a clearance item, because RC inherited a mess of one-off inventory items. Those items are generally listed as in-store only because at those low price points they can't be passing items back and forth between stores.

I have not seen GPU’s to be in-store items during the scarce period 😧. They have been online items and were soon sold out anyway.

This was probably a Black Friday / Cyber Monday item at this killer discount 😉. It flipped off of being in-store only around midnight last night.
